Super busy at lunchtime - order online in advance. Food was good! We had standard Philly cheesesteak and wouldn't change much. Coulda used a little more diced peppers. Will definitely be back to try their other subs.

Would have preferred to eat my sandwich at the restaurant rather than in my car.Very limited seating all occupied by people (delivery drivers) waiting on to go orders.Sandwich was good but dripping with oil and vinegar and difficult to enjoy seated in my car. I could have returned to the office to enjoy my sandwich but it would have been soggy. To go orders are not packed with napkins, so make you grab some on your way out.

I ordered through the app and was informed to pick up at 1:20. When I walked in at 1:15 I could see it was going to be delayed which was fine and I understand being understaffed so I had no problem waiting. I could see my ticket and a to go bag created with my name so I was ok. At 1:50 I asked about my order because I asked a guy next to me who was also waiting what his pick up time was. His was 1:40 and his name was called before mine. I would have been fine waiting, but it just shows that there was no order to the tickets who placed orders and they just made whatever they wanted. Honestly it would have been quicker to get in line at the store to have them make it, or I should have just gotten in line and told them my order was placed online.

Waited 5 min at counter before I was served. Music too loud. Tuna sub ok. Ingredients seem fresh. Disappointed overall , was hoping to love this place. Also VERY CROWDED at door, could hardly get to soda machine.Dietary restrictions: Had gluten free bread

Our online order was prepared 20 minutes late. Upon arrival home we realized our order was completely wrong, none of the condiments or requested toppings were added to our sandwiches. Lucky for them they’re too busy for us to even attempt to have them get it right. Tried calling too and phone just rings off the hook. At least I didn’t tip online before I even received my order. Maybe that’s why they prepared my order completely wrong. Sadly I will not be returning even though we normally love Jersey Mikes. Go spend your 30 dollars somewhere where you can actually get what you asked for and can get it on time.

I don't usually eat subs. Haven't had subway in years, in fact. But ever since a friend brought me a Jersey Mike's sub last summer, I have been HOOKED. I don't know what kind of sorcery is involved in "Mike's Way", but I'm on board. My favorite is the turkey club with cherry & banana peppers, although the big kahuna cheesesteak runs a close second. Pro tip: order with the app on your way to the store for quick service & earn reward points toward free subs!

Since discovering Mike's I've become really fond of their hot subs, visiting at least 20 times so far. I think their food is great and as someone with a communication/social disability I love that I can order online and pick up food at the door by myself without discomfort. Once I arrived a little bit late and someone had stolen my to go bag, management fixed me up without making me feel overly awkward and it never happened again. 5/5 in my experience.

I'm in love. With the subs and Jersey Mike. Every single time I order, which is often, the subs are perfection. I don't mind paying $23 for a "giant" since it's basically 2 meals. All ingredients are fresh and high quality. From one location to another, the subs are always well made and delicious. Great job on this place for creating a high standard and maintaining consistency in quality and service. I am a big fan of the turkey and provolone, and roast beef. The BLT, chicken bacon ranch Philly, and regular Philly are excellent too. I don't think there is a bad sammich on this menu.
