A bit dissapointed, order take about an hour. I don’t care about the wait, I’m used to Asian cooking where good food is prepared with time, but I was wrong with this restaurant. Dimsum was okay, the rest of the food , you’re better off somewhere else. Let’s start with house fried rice, took an hour. Only to be presented with a couple of chicken and a couple of shrimp, that’s it. Then there’s the orange chicken whose slices are bigger than a chicken tender, slices are as big as a fist, hard to eat with that size, sauce isn’t very unique in a good way. Beef dry pot and salt and pepper beef we also had the tofu ….still dissapointed. And all this took an hour, one food at a time. It was our first time, was excited, only to get dissapointed. Hardly touch the food, ended up just bringing it all home so not to waste. Pictures they have doesn’t equate what you get. I’ve gone to all the Chinese restaturant here in anchorage, I still find ORIENTAL Garden on my top list of good Chinese restaurant. Sorry but food taste and serving time I rank this on my bottom list amongst the Chinese restaurant here in anchorage. Your better off going across the street which is the PEKING WOK beside Carrs

Takoyaki was hard, tasted old perhaps, need to soften more before cooking. Sesame balls was too greasy but good. A little pricey than other Chinese restaurants. Sadly, only open for a short time, just for supper/dinner. And closed on Sundays. Hopefully, they'll bring back our Favorite, 'Breaded Almond Chicken', used to be the Best one in Town. They sell different flavored buns, just gotta try it. Dessert are not always available, usually out most of the time. We love the Date Tea, but not enough serving, anyways.

Get your food before you pay for pick up. Otherwise you might find yourself after waiting 15 mins having been told 10 mins that you’ve another 20 min wait, and you’ve already paid!!

Good food, good service. A little slow, so maybe not the best choice of you're in a hurry, but we'll with the wait.

Ordered Moo Shu Pork. Not recommended! ZERO flavor and looks NOTHING like Moo Shu Pork. Extremely disappointed. Not edible, we threw it away. I wish I could post a picture.

Bad customer service, arrived and sat down for a about 20mins without getting service. Didn't even get a water the server was too busy doing something else. There's not even a lot of customer. Food was exceptionally good but customer service needs some work. Just being honest about our experience.

The very best Chinese food in Anchorage. It’s fresh, hot, and delicious. We are made to feel welcome and satisfied. I’ve been coming for years and never disappointed. Definitely five stars.

First time here - and very good. Better flavors than Americanized Chinese style food. The dim sum was great and they had some unique offerings that I enjoyed. Expect longer cooking times as items seem to be made to order.

I came in with a group of 5 and everyone enjoyed their food. I had the Mongolian Beef combo and I plan on going back for more. As other reviews have said, food may come out in stages; our orders took about 45 minutes to arrive. The cooking demonstration on the screen had a few of us entranced at times. I'm so glad I was introduced to this place!

Food is authentic and delicious. However, entrees come out very slowly and not all at once. We about finished all our food before the last entree came out. Entrees feed 2-3 people easily. Service is not very attentive. Had to remind server of things more than once. Not somewhere to eat if in a hurry but worth the wait. For reference we were one of four tables in the restaurant. Two of which had their food already when we ordered.

The food was very good a bit spendy but in my opinion worth the cost. Me and a group prefer the fried buns over the steamed ones. The server was kind and sweet. The place was a little loud from a fairly big party talking, other than that nice place to enjoy a good meal.Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes have a opt-out of meat for tofu. Although I don't know how many vegan/vegetarian dishes they have.Kid-friendliness: See how little room there is I wouldn't say no, but not much room to play/run around.Parking: There is a limited amount of parking seeing other stores are connected.Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't automatic doors. But I don't see why you could eat there, maybe a little maneuver to get it but it would depend size and space needed.Dietary restrictions: I have no clue but I'm sure they would most likely try to work with you.

It was…okay. Ordered for pick-up. The flavor of the Shanghai fried rice was fine but it looked nothing like its online description and came with what looked like ham sliced for sandwiches. Sweet and Sour chicken tasted good, but was just fried chicken with two containers of red sauce. Soup dumplings were dry and the taste of the sauce was way off. Not worth the price and not going back.
