Not the best chicken, but not terrible either. Just seems soggy which for me isn't pleasant. Also a very small crew so don't go during the busy times.

The original chicken recipe is decent, and the coleslaw is decent as well..I feel like charging for sauce is a little excessive, and I wish the prices were a lil more reasonable, but they are better than the c street popyes across the street so I give them a barely decent score.

We tried the Beyond meat chicken nuggets. Beyond meat is a great brand but they failed on this! Very expensive and did not taste good at all. Customer service was great.
Bought dinner there for family tonight. Ordered crispy, got super greasy original. Everything was gross except the biscuits. Very disappointed when I opened the bucket and it was not what I ordered.

Food has been going downhill, hard to tell if the chicken is even real anymore. Place is always filthy. Staff isn't very polite, I thanked everyone on my way out and was ignored. It doesn't upset me the place has always kinda been like that. Unfortunately the prices are pretty spendy too.

I'm a DoorDasher.My experience is as a delivery driver. One of this stores MANAGERS made my experience so bad I won't come back to this store again as a Dasher or customer. Outrageously rude and inconsiderate.When I first got there I went thru the drive thru and was asked to pick my order up inside. When I got inside I encountered a short line of people. I waited until the people had all ordered (took about 25 mins. As a Dasher time is of the essence). Another Dasher had come in by this point. When I approached the counter to talk to someone about my needs I was not just ignored, I wasn't even so much as acknowledged until I finally had to very loudly project my voice to get someone's attention. This is when the manager decided to snap at me. Saying "can't you see we are busy?!' all snotty. To which I promptly replied " yes but that doesn't change the fact that you could still acknowledge me. I'm sorry but I worked fast food myself and customer service is everything.The same manager hid and had another employee grab our orders WHICH WERE ALREADY MADE ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS HAND THEM TO US.Absolutely horrible and ruined my mood for hours to come. Funny how employment status makes people act so pompus.

How can a grown person put two pieces of chicken in a box when you ordered 3 and then not acknowledge it when you point it out??? After pointing it out 3 times the manager finally told an employee to put another piece in the box and offered no apology. Then, we paid for an extra side of green beans and didn't get it. The chicken was old, dried out, and cold. I never thought fast food could be so difficult but I guess some people are being all they can be.
