The hours are never accurate and the staff has no idea whats going on. They can't tell you what they have in stock, let alone when they're open. I'm embarrassed to say I've wasted way too much time driving there on different occasions for them to be closed or out of most

I've never been a huge fan of their donuts in the first place. They're a bit small and overpriced. Grocery store donuts are usually better. The one exception is the hot glazed donuts, especially if you can get a batch before they run them through the glazer. But today I went for a free Veterans Day donut, and online it said it was a donut of my choice, but when I got it here they said it was just a glazed donut.*EDIT: I bumped them up one star, and two for service, because when I looked in the bag she had given me two donuts at least.

I've had warm KK right off the conveyor system, and they really do melt in your mouth. My 3 donuts from here were more like the ones I get in the grocery store at home: cold and a little dry. It was a disappointing experience. I'm hoping warm donuts ARE available here, but we just missed them.

This has become my favorite doughnut spot in town. The doughnuts are always fresh and delicious, and there are always great seasonal varieties as well. Also, the staff is very friendly and efficient.

Worst doughnut shop in Anchorage. Doughnuts are never fresh! The Jelly Doughnuts have NO jelly. Less than a teaspoon. Definitely not worth the price. Golden Doughts is 10X better and open 24/7.

There was not a single person in the drive-through line, and they asked me to wait. Five minutes later nothing I finally pull around. There’s nobody in the front it doesn’t look like there’s anybody inside all trying to get a single glazed donut.

Was in the area and bought 2 donuts before driving to Talkeetna. I purchased a plain glazed and pumpkin glazed with cream cheese frosting. 4/5 stars as usually these are warm. This was disappointing to eat a cold donut. The pumpkin one had a lot more dough in the doughnut than the plain. I did buy a squishy key chain for my friend back home in MN.

THAT IS THE SOUTH SOUTHERN DELICACY AT ITS FINEST YUM!!!! YUM!!! YUM!!!!! I'M NOT TOO FAR FROM WINSTON-SALEM MATTER OF FACT THAT IS MY CLOSEST KRISPY KREME DONUT TO ME I GET THEM VERY OFTEN SO I WON'T BE WITHOUT MY DONUTS WHEN I GO BACK TO ANCHORAGE I HAVE NOT BEEN THERE IN SEVERAL YEARS PLANNING A TRIP FOR NEXT YEAR FOR 4 MONTHS SO THAT'S GOING TO BE MY TO-GO PLACE OFTEN ESPECIALLY WHEN THE HOT DONUT SIGN IS ON THAT'S WHEN THERE ARE THE BEST FRESH AND HOT!!!!!

I was helped by a wonderful employee named Thais! She was very friendly as I was having a case of the Mondays, I figured a donut would go great with my coffee! However even the staff at the window made my day better with her enthusiastic energy. Thanks Thais for the great service!
