Great burgers, great staff. Picked up a to-go order for husband and I while running errands. Got home, took a couple bites, noticed burgers were raw. They redid our order when husband called to notify them, which was amazing.

Trivia night is always a great time! Food is good, garlic is amazing.However, the beer pours from the tap overly carbonated thus causing a lot of head in the glass. The bartender poured the head into a pitcher, I thought to speed up the filling of drink orders. I went to get another beer, the bartender filled the glass from the tap most of the way, then topped the glass off with the beer in the pitcher. That beer has been sitting in a room for over an hour, uncovered at room temperature.This is a food safety violation that should never have even been considered. Having seen this I will not order another beverage from this establishment and have doubts on even attending trivia again.

I have not been there in a while, I now know why no one was at the counter when I arrived, finally she did show up to take my order. My first disappointment is that you are not able to order two burgers and a side of fries you have to order two burgers and two sides of fries because every burger comes with a side of fries. Spent money I didn’t think I needed to spend for stuff I didn’t want. After the lady took my order she disappeared back behind the counter into the kitchen. I could hear her gossiping and talking back there. Maybe she was helping them cook. But the next people in the door had to wait as well as me.Food conditionThe burger was burnt dry and hard. The only thing good about it is it was kind of warm. The fries were brown, overcooked and very crunchy. The mushroom Swiss sandwich was the only Highpoint. It was well cooked. Really cheesy and delicious. Sidenote, at the front of the store It advertises that they are garlic fries and I mean garlic. Two hours later, the ones I didn’t eat are still odorous until I was able to throw them away and get them out of my vehicle.And the best advice I can tell you is be like the employees who were sitting off the side of the front counter, eating Carl’s Jr.. Be like the employees at this restaurant eat at Carl’s Jr..

I ordered a grilled cheese to go.I work 5 minutes away.It was cold and soggy -yet super cheesy.?weird thing was the tater tots were super crispy. ~Cooked just right!But I would suggest Dine In, if you can.

If you’re a door dasher don’t pick up from this place theyll ignore you for 20 minutes after saying your order will be out in 3 min. Than they proceed to help other guests and forget about you again. I have never experienced such awful service from anywhere in my 5 years as a

This place has a really creative menu and good food. The only issue I had was I ordered deep fried cookie dough and they put it on top of everything.. so the chocolate syrup, went ALL over our main dishes.

The Blackened Halibut sandwich was the BEST EVER!!! Fries were perfect as well. Will definitely come again next time we are in Anchorage.

Had the Food Truck burger and it came with garlic fries. Their awesome sauce makes it even better. The burger was so juicy and flavorful. Will definitely come back for more and order other things that looks interesting to try.

oof. I rarely leave reviews, and I am not a picky eater. I'm also not a vegetarian but enjoy a decent vegetarian option when presented. i ordered their veggie wrap- it was quite literally steamed vegetables, lightly salted, in a tortilla wrap. that's it. no sauce- just so bad. I had my partner try it- he felt the same. Bummer. I would not order here again.

Food was great but the last two times I ordered through door dash a food item was missing or incorrect. One order I ordered loaded fries and only got garlic fries and the most recent time I ordered chowder and it was missing from my order.

Amazing!! This was my first time and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Girdwood Griller sub salad with ranch and my bf ordered the Garlic Burger with Garlic fries. The Girdwood Griller is so savory and the bread had the perfect amount of crisp. The sub salad with the ranch (tasted in-house not store bought) was the perfect pair! That was one of the best ranches I’ve had! The Garlic Burger was SMOTHERED in garlic which I am a total fan of! You’ll definitely have some hot breath but every bite was worth it :) .
