Wes & his team catered our wedding back in June. Although they were already booked on site catering that day, we were able to get them to drop off and we are so glad we did! The food was all incredible but the meatballs and crab stuffed halibut were hands down guest favorites. We would definitely work with Wes and his team again in the future if we had a chance!

He was supposed to arrive at 3:30 for our annual company BBQ for 150 people!! 4:00
rolls around and he’s still not here and he won’t answer his phone. We FINALLY get ahold of him and he says HE FORGOT ABOUT THE EVENT!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! YOU FORGOT?! HOW DO YOU FORGET ABOUT AN EVENT FOR 150 PEOPLE?! The event starts in less than 20 minutes and we have NO FOOD. THS WAS OVER $5,000 AND YOU COULDN’T BE BOTHERED TO REMEMBER?!?!?
This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever received. What an absolute joke!!! We put our faith in ONE THING and you COMPLETELY MESSED IT UP.

Master's catering was recommended to me when my event changed last minute and I needed to secure a caterer just 10 days out. Wes was quick to respond to all of my communications. Paying my invoice was very simple, and Wes was very accommodating with all of my menu changes. The food was delicious and his staff was friendly, approachable and professional. He even threw in a few last-minute needed items for my event like cake plates and forks. He came recommended to me from 2 other caterers, and it's obvious why!

My daughter got married last week at Crow Creek Mine in Girdwood, AK. Master's Catering was recommended by the mine. My daughter and her fiance chose the Surf and Turf meal option. It was salmon and beef strips. I like my meat medium rare, and it was well done. The salmon was by far the best salmon I have ever had. Fresh salmon with a packed dry rub on it. It was so good! Side dishes included garlic mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, asparagus, and rolls. My daughter and son-in-law had a friend make a small top cake for the bride and groom, and there were wild berry cupcakes for everyone else. All the food was outstanding. They came from Anchorage, and were to arrive around 3:00 for a 5:00 wedding. I wanted to decorate the tables the morning of the wedding. They said,"no problem, I was welcome to pick up all the tablecloths in advance. The only negative thing I can say is that the person picking up finished plates, appeared to be in a hurry to get out of there as she took 3 of my friend's plates before they were done eating.
