I went to this location today ( March 8th, 2024, aroind 530-6pm ) to pick up an order for some family members that are going back to the village. I placed my order at one of the kiosk. While I was waiting for the food there was a team member that was mopping the floor. While they were mopping the floor the manager kept asking the team member to run orders out to customers that were eating inside the restaurant. Not a big deal except for the fact that the team member would go from touching the mop to touching food. It's been about 10 years since I worked at a McDonalds but that is a big no-no. Team members should be washing their hands anytime thwy touch something that isn't food. This happened several times. To top it all off, the team member was bringing out some box apple juices and instead of putting them on a tray or in a bag the team member held them with one hand ( still never washed their hands ) and the top juice box was under his chin, where he could breathe all over the juice boxes. Stuff like this usually doesn't bother me but after the whole Covid thing and the fact that this should be common sense on what not to do when working at a restaurant, I had to write this review. Not trying to get anyone in trouble. The owner/store manager/whoever is in charge of hygiene and not getting customers sick should be on top of stuff like this. Hopefully this changes in the future.

Burger and fries was barely warm. There were very cooking alarms going off almost the entire I was in there eating. Everyone seemed to be ignoring them. There was a crazy guy in there yelling and cussing to him self.

When someone ask that their food is made fresh, that's exactly how it should be made. And get the order right and stop handing out the wrong orders. My gas isn't free so I'd prefer not to have to drive back and forth because you gave me the wrong order, no utensils or condiments, or because the food is old or cold.

The Manger guy says his brother owns the place and says he can do what he wants. He wasn't mean to me but I have seen him lose his temper with many workers and customers. All I do is get my coffee and leave.

Okay fist it’s 10 am and they said ONLY breakfast like what I’ve never heard of that, it’s Black Friday you need to be selling all because people have been up since 4 am so it’s time for lunch. Then we got a sprite and it was so spicy like it’s gonna burn the tongue and no straw was included. 3rd of all we got a hot chocolate and it tasted like water and burnt the whole mouth. The one star is for the bussin my griddy

Went through Drive thru, first, the person taking order seemed in a rush or something, trying to push off taking my order to someone else. Second, the fries tasted bad/old, deluxe burger also old meat. Asked for side of tarter and Mac sauce, got 2 Mac sauce......called store to make a complaint and got hung up on. Wouldn't recommend that store to anyone!

Been here a few times over the last 2 weeks and it’s probably the best McDonald’s in anchorage. The food is always hot. It’s awesome. Line moves quickly, too. Orders have been correct.
Don't bother. Incompetent franchise owner. Been coming at least 2x/week for years; service been deteriorating for a while but new low today. Counter sign said "Order @ kiosk" (no reason mentioned). Kiosk said take tent # for table delivery. No delivery after 10 min so went to counter & server said had called out order #. When pointed out kiosk said order would be delivered, replied very snotty that when short-staffed, no table delivery. I'm customer but somehow I'm supposed to divine your staffing levels?? WHY NOT ADD "NO TABLE DELIVERY" TO THE COUNTER SIGN??? How hard is that? Lazy staff & incompetent franchisee who doesn't train staff to provide competent customer service.

It was a normal mickey Ds visit except when I got back in the car and opened a burger, it was like a baby burger.I've had McDonald's in Alaska before and it's never been a tiny burger.Other than that, it was clean and service was quick and polite.

If you're wanting Sausage Burritos, just skip this location altogether. They are either randomly closed for no reason or they won't have the burritos. Just go to the one on the corner of Abbott and Lake Otis. They are reliable and the employees are much friendlier.
