I got the blueberry banana pancakes and avocado melt. It was all so very good. They have a lot of vegan options that are clearly labeled. Great place for brunch!

Today, we placed a big order lunch, where are disappointed. Vegetables and Chicken over cook and charcoal burn and hard like a rock !!!!Food from Middle Way Cafe It doesn't look good, but it's delicious. Because the sauce is very oily, the only downside is that the rice is a bit hard, and the vegetables and chicken are really burnt.Shoji Bowl from Middle Way Cafe. Chicken breast, sautéed vegetable blend, golden beets, carrots, zucchini, red bell pepper, red onions, sweet potato, red cabbage, and pot of mushrooms. Look messy with deliver boxes and bags, plating doesnt look appetite,but taste really delicious with the rich sauce of (mayonnaise, sugar,possible, egg yoke?? And a touch of wasabi like flavor and nasty flavor of fermented green pepper corn) However , their chicken and veggie is way over cooked and charcoal burn!!!!!and brown rice is undercooked. Argggg Middleway Cafe if you go to this place just ordered fresh salad.

I absolutely love this place! The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. It reminds me a little of Jitters in Eagle River, honestly. There are good vegan and vegetarian options, I was very pleased.
Been having their Huevos Rancheros for over a decade now, love it, love it, love it!! However, during the pandemic they stopped giving you sour cream, despite it still is in the description of their PDF menu. Which is a damn shame because the fattiness of the sour cream really helps makes you full and provides much more body to the dish. So I've been ordering it out and buying my own sour cream, but everyone else is severely missing out, unfortunately
