I have been coming here for over 5 years and it’s definitely changed a lot. As far as the customer service goes, it’s gone downhill. Anytime I get a drink it’s always inconsistent as far as the taste, if there’s someone there…which happens a lot! There have been times where I go and I feel bad for them, since it’s only one person working, usually, and they have to take breaks, but it feels like it happens almost every time I go. I think more training might help, or learn how to treat people, I always try and be understanding, since I also work in retail and know what it’s like. It just doesn’t seem like I want to spend my hard earned money somewhere, where it’s not valued.

there are two girls in particular that spend way too much time talking amongst themselves or with the other customers which leave other people in line waiting for too long. other staff members are great besides them.

I came down here a couple of times recently while stopping at the Best Buy down the hallway to check out the latest vinyl record releases. The Moose Shack is a small kiosk located in the middle of the hallway at the east end of the Dimond Center next to the mall entrance of Best Buy and just outside of Zales Jewelers. The employees here are friendly and quick to help you. However, if there is a line forming at the counter, it can be a long and uncomfortable wait if the mall is crowded with shoppers walking closely around you while just standing there. On a couple of visits, the line barely moved and after a certain amount of time I just thought it best to grab some coffee when there is no one at the counter. It would help if chairs and tables were added alongside the kiosk to clear the hallway and to give customers a place to sit while waiting. The menu itself consists of the usual lineup of espresso drinks and assorted snacks. The coffee itself is delicious, but coming here is not recommended when it gets busy.

I love Starbucks but Moose Shack has the best frappes I've ever had! I go to the mall specifically to grab a coffee from them!
