We came here for dinner recently and had an amazing server. I wish I remembered his name. He was tall, skinny and bald. He was beyond attentive. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the menu. The food was delicious and we never waited long before being checked on or having a dish cleared. The restroom was very clean as well! Always an added bonus! We will definitely return!

This place is horrible, the service is incredibly bad, the food was cold, wrong and took forever. I attempted to take my toddler in the restroom to change him, and the changing table was inside of the stall, where a filthy, stinky young man was actively injecting drugs in his arm. I will never return to this restaurant.

We often go Olive Garden for Italian food because it is consistently good. Good portions, efficient staff and reasonable prices. I especially like their Soup, Salad and Bread Stick lunch. The soups are hot and well prepared. This restaurant is good for families and groups. They serve wine. Parking is not unusual a problem but when they are busy you may have to hunt for a space in the large lot and because of limited handicap parking spots you may not find one. They accept credit cards and reservations. During peak dining periods and holidays it is best to get reservations to shorten your wait time. When going a little before or after peak dining times you can usually be seated immediately. I don’t mean to make the parking or wait times a big issue because dealing with them is worth the dining experience. One issue that is a negative factor for me being retired military and a senior is they do not have a discount for either. We started with the Calamari appetizer. It was served hot with two dipping sauces. The portion was reasonable, the calamari was tender and probably breaded with an excellent taste. My wife had Shrimp Scampi that was for tasty and well prepared. The medium size shrimp ? were plentiful. The portion size was moderate. I had the evening priced Unlimited Soup, Salad and Bread Sticks. It cost a few dollars more than the lunch Special for the exactly same meal. The soup was hot, seasoned and filled with vegetables and pasta. They have three types of soup and if you want to change type if you eat more than one bowl you can. The waitress was excellent and checking on our table multiple times. She asked if I wanted a refill on my soup and salad which I did order more. The salad is fresh with the house dressing and served in a large bowl for all members to share at the table. Refills of salad and bread sticks are offered. The bread sticks are served warm and soft as fresh baked or warmed before serving. We had unlimited unsweetened ice tea the was excellent. To finish off our evening we shared a Tiramisu dessert which was wonderful. The cost of the meal with tip 20% and out any alcoholic or fancy drinks was just a few dollars under $100 for the two of us. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for excellent Italian cuisine in an excellent restaurant.Vegetarian options: Salads, pasta without meat not being a vegetarian or vegan I am not sure of the dietary restrictions. Best to ask your server or dinning room manager to be sure if not obvious on the menu.Parking: I described the issues with parking during peak hours and holidays above.Kid-friendliness: This is a very peaceful and well controlled restaurant. Children are very welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very easy to access with a wheelchair or walker if you pull opposite the doors and then park your vehicle if all the handicapped areas are full.

I want to love this place, but walking in to an empty restaurant and being told:"theres going to be a 10 minute wait for a table"REALLY puts a damper on that. Google maps even says this is the slowest time of the day with no wait.

You hit and miss with this place. Servers by the bar are more attentive. I always get the same items to eat and drink and they never disappoint. I have had the worst servers at this establishment. I think the thought of being kind to your patrons has flown out the window. People just want you to tip them “because you’re supposed to” but I do not follow that. If you cannot do your job effectively then I am not tipping.

Little effort is put into the quality of food. It's hardly a step over some frozen consumables you just have to heat in the oven from the supermarket. I'll give credit where credit is due...the server was wonderful. But I don't go out to eat for the customer-server experience. I go for the food. Just because you are a chain doesn't mean you can't put heart and soul into your recipes.

Olive Garden-Italian food from a chain restaurant. My personal opinion is that I don't mind it!! The bread sticks are buttery and garlicky. The salad is hit or miss and this time it was actually good. We walked in and there was no host. We waited until someone came and asked us how many. They went to go check tables. Then another person asked have you been helped by the host. I said maybe? I didn't know who was the host lol they went to go check tables. Finally another person came up and they actually seated us . Ok so we got sat! Our server was very new and showing it. I don't think they trained her on service very well if at all. We ordered our food after my friend asked questions because she wanted spaghetti but with Alfredo. They only have a mushroom sauce that is Alfredo I think on the build your own pasta. We were an hour late for lunch specials and soup, salad, and breadsticks. Anyways, I ordered a really great dish actually, I think it might be new. I got the fettuccini Alfredo with crispy chicken. The noodles were soft, the sauce was good in flavor, and the chicken was very crispy and had great flavor. My friend ordered the spaghetti with Alfredo ($4 up charge to do straight Alfredo) she also ordered the parm eggplant with spaghetti. She don't like the spaghetti but I thought it was fine, just a little tough. The marinara on the eggplant was great, but I didn't like the eggplant. We did complain about our food taking a long time because the people who sat after us got their food first. Somewhere in This time our server left and we got a new gal, she was experienced and was very nice. She was a great server. I wish I would be better about getting names to recognize good people. But she gave us free dessert because of the wait. We both got tiramisu. They normally charge $10 for it and the piece wasn't very big. Not worth the price so I'm happy I didn't pay that much. Tip: I think they switch all staff at 4pm or 4:30 because everyone that was there when we started and a shift change including the bartender and it caused drinks to be delayed at other tables so best to go maybe at 5 or before 3. I would definitely get my dish again and it will be my go to. Not that I go to Olive Garden a lot. Also lime every other thing in town this layout is different from the one that is across town. I don't know why they choose to do this lol. Sorry for no pictures too.
