I tried to eat here a couple times. I have celiac and often travel through Anchorage. 1st time they don’t deliver. 2nd time I showed up at 5:30 and sign on the Window said no indoor dining and then they proceeded to sign through the window that they were closing early and we were turned away. I’ll give it one more shot next time I’m in town. I can’t rate on food but definitely 1 star in customer service.

They have a unique menu with a great variety of menu items. Their burgers are excellent and better than most restaurants in town. Tasty, great flavor, and not greasy. Their halibut was decent but not anything to rave about. I'm definitely looking forward to trying most of their menu items. My mouth is watering when I go through their drive thru and see all their food!

Fantastic customer service. Food is ready in a reasonable amount of time. This a gluten friendly restaurant so I eat here often. They have Tons of options and everything I have tried has been amazing including their desserts. They are soft and moist, not dry like other gluten free places. During Covid they have practiced regular safety protocols. Highly recommend eating here!!!

We didn't know what to expect, it being a "Gluten Free" joint. My wife can eat no gluten so she was excited. I like to eat at new places so I was excited. Out Of The Box hit hit out of the park!!! Exceeded all expectations. We especially loved the wonderful, no nonsense, woman at the order window. I had spicy chicken strips and waffles. My wife had the fried chicken bowl. For dessert we split a pina colada cupcake. Every bite was delicious. DELICIOUS!!!! The cupcake was so good my wife asked to go back and get a couple more. We also grabbed her a couple cookies. Flawless.

Excellent options for this gluten-free restaurant. I have Celiac, so this was a real treat for me. I had the fried chicken sandwich, and I loved it so much that I got it the very next day. I wish there were more restaurants like this!!

They staff was very friendly, I was allowed to order from the drive thru which is for call ahead pickup. The food was delicious and being allergic to dairy and gluten it made me feel fine after consuming it!. Hardest thing to find in this town is verified allergen safe foods....
