Oddly, the Potato Soup has been my go-to post sick, feeling slightly better now meal for years. There's something comfortable about it, nothing fancy, and is always kind to my tummy. Also, the brown bread (that I always ask for, specifically) is just so tasty when used as a second spoon with it. :DI just wish Potato Soup was an option ANYWHERE on their app to order it, as it is you have to call in to speak with someone to have it as a selection. Which breaks my antisocial heart. But I understand that it's a matter of not being able to have every menu item available for online order, which....doesnt make sense to me but I understand that's their limitation.

We order to go. Food was ok. We did order right before close to understandably we figured some of the food would be a little off but outside of that the desserts were delicious they had multiple different types of Cheesecake we got one of each would definitely go back there for the desserts maybe not so much for the food in the picture showed on their menu is not how the food came to us.

l've been to Outbacks all over the U.S. and really couldn't believe what l was experiencing here. First was the non-caring and lacking sense of urgency from the employees combined with such low standards of food was so disappointing. l've had beef jerky more tender then the steak was. The coconut shrimp definitely had some shelf time. The broccoli obviously frozen then microwaved. Same with lobster. The ONLY thing that was good was the french fries obviously fresh from the fryer. How pathetic. l didn't even want to chance desert.. pfff. l now live in Anchorage and will NEVER set foot in Outback again. The only Outback steak house in Alaska, how sad. This should be one of there flagships. The food looked good in the pics after l cleaned and straightened it up a little.

My Son is disabled, I escorted him to the restroom. I sat a table near the restroom waiting for him to come out. The waitress asked if I was waiting for someone? I said yes. A little bit later, she came an attitude well you are sitting at my table. Ok I'm waiting for my son I'm eating at this restaurant. After dinner I asked to speak with a manager of course he brushed me off.

Been a few years since visiting an outback and glad I did. The food was great and the portions were larger than expected. Server was attentive and checked in frequently. Looking forward to going back.

Food is good, Service not so much. We watched several people who came in after us receive their food before us. We watched as our server was more attentive to them than us. We were hoping she is new or it was just an off day for her and the kitchen as that can be the case, and with over 20 years server experience I wouldn't ever want to think someone is intentionally providing poor service but that was not the case. She intentionally avoided us and dissapeared for several minutes at a time and she avoided small talk, check in's etc. Great food, But horrible service.
The clam chowder is delicious ?, it's only available on the weekends though.

This place speaks for itself. The ribs were amazing and the baked potato was delicious. Very friendly waitress and attentive. $23 for a half rack of ribs is a bit high but that's normal.
