Food was OK. There are better Mexican restaurants in town. Asked for no sides. Food came out with sides anyways. We let waitress know and she said we would not be charged but there was a charge on bill. Same thing happened last time we were here. Won't be back.

The good: Had the quesadilla and it was fire. The birria taco combos to its consomé was great, and the signature taco was also good as well. Their horchata was great.The "ok": the rice included in the combo was meh at best and the same goes for the refried beans. I thought those could have some improvement on the recipe.Service was very great, and nice.

Easy to miss hole-in-the-wall location, but the food was excellent, with a very authentic Mexican taste. Fair prices and decent service despite being a little understaffed. I'll definitely keep this place in mind next time I'm in the mood for Mexican food!

The food is great 90% of the time. I go here regularly and have had great food everything except the last (insides of burrito were burnt and didnt nlknow until i got home). The interior is clean with a lot of nice live plants and the staff is nice.

Holy uneducated employees! Always loved the food and good prices. But the service is always insulting and tonight was when I had enough. Went here tonight on 1/12/24 at 8:00pm to satisfy my Mexican food craving. Walked up to the counter with my girlfriend and got the most ridiculous attitude. Said hello, looked up at the menu for maybe 5 seconds and the 2 girls that look absolutely ran through started talking shit in Spanish about my girlfriend which didn't do anything. Luckily she understood because she's half Mexican lol. So maybe the fat short lady at the counter with glasses should get her prescription checked because obviously she's blind! No one had a gun to your head to work there sunshine. If you're that mad go work somewhere else where you can talk shit about other customers but I highly doubt you'll find an employer that will hire an individual like yourself. Now I'm here sitting worried that I'll get food poisoning from my food tonight. Thanks for ruining our night and I hope the owner sees this review and takes action. Thanks for coming to Ted Talk lol.

Ordered a breakfast burrito, it came wet for some reason. Smothered in some red sauce that didn't need to be there. Burrito had chorizo in it and somehow even with the chorizo the burrito was very bland. I asked for a side of sour cream, and they only gave me about half of the container, which was about two bites worth. Burrito factory chorizo burrito is way better. Over all, Pedro's is very blah. I will try it two more times just make sure but three strikes and you're out.

Very good food, homestyle cooking. One if the best Mexican restaraunts I have been to in alaska. If you are hungry for delicious homestyle Mexican food it is a must go ! Bring the family. Large portions, good prices, friendly staff. I will be back :)Kid-friendliness: We brought 4 hungry kids and they were very nice and kept refilling the chips and salsa for them :)
Was looking for a late night spot and miraculously discovered this place. Every taco order was *exceptional* (especially the birria!). Definitely recommend this spot not just for late night but any time!

Hands down, it's the most authentic Mexican food I've found since moving to Alaska: handmade flour tortillas, amazing carnitas, adobada, lingua, and sopas. No matter what you order, save room for the churros - they are heavenly!

Very good food, homestyle cooking. One if the best Mexican restaraunts I have been to in alaska. If you are hungry for delicious homestyle Mexican food it is a must go ! Bring the family.
