I got the Ox tail pho. It was tough and didn’t taste right. The smell in booths were terrible. It made eating the food sketchy. The person at the counter was horrible. She had ear buds in and was on the phone while I was paying so it was hard to understand if she was talking to me or her ear buds(she wasn’t talking to me the entire time).

My daughter and I ate there last night and was really bummed that we didn't get our garnishes (beansprouts cilantro basil and Jalapeños) with our pho.We asked her 2 times , but I guess she was too busy talking to her bf and complaining about her having to work a double shift today.Too bad. We like coming here, but I'd rather drive across town to Pho Dimond, where they actually give you garnishes before your pho comes outBye-bye ? Pho Saigon ?

I ordered bun thit nuong cha gio and the fish sauce dressing/flavors in the cold vermicelli noodle salad were so so so good. The pho broth here smells so good, and so does everything honestly. Pho broth is a very personal taste thing based on if you're used to eating Khmer, Laotian, Vietnamese, or Americanized broth. I will definitely be coming back multiple times while we live close!

Went to Pho Saigon for lunch at the beginning of February. My wife and I both ordered pho and it was delicious. The service and atmosphere were lacking. We were not greeted when we entered. Once we got the waitress attention and told her two people, she just pointed to a table and we sat down. She came back by and just put our menus down without saying anything and walked away. When we ordered she didn’t repeat it back to us but luckily she did get it right. Our drinks never got refilled and we never were visited by her again once our food was dropped off. You can tell by the looks of the other people in the restaurant that they were not happy as well. A couple that walked in right before us walked out after interacting with the waitress.

We ordered the pad thai and the yellow curry. Horrible food. The pad thai was dry, tasted like pure garlic and tons of fish sauce! The brown curry tasted like pure broth and undissolved curry. The curry was dark brown too! We usually order from Thai Village. Unfortunately, they are closed on mondays. We are not ordering from this place again. Waste of money.

The lemongrass stir fry is absolutely the best dish on their menu!

I have given this place a lot of chances because it’s so close to base where we live. One time there was a hair in a spring roll we ordered. I thought well it was just a one time thing.. well I was wrong. Today, this time there was a long black hair literally wrapped around the noodles shown in the photo. Gross!! I definitely didn’t feel like eating after seeing that. The service is always so horrible too. The ladies in the front always have an attitude. So just a heads up, customer service sucks here.

Seems like a popular place for Military break time. Service was alright. Maybe it was just our bad luck. My spicy noodle soup was mostly fatty beef strips. Disappointed in that. %90 it looked like fat stripped meat with only one good strip of beef. Noodles were a hit and miss on being soft or hard.Mothers beef brocolli tasted odd. Like that old beef after taste. Brocolli wasn't cooked much. The Pho Siagon in the Diamond mall is better quality food than the one in tikatinu commons. Save your money. Go to the diamond Pho Siagon.

The person who helped me with my order was rude and she threw my reciept on the table. There’s barely ANY food and it’s more of vegetables. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

A solid spot for that Vietnamese craving. The atmosphere is not fancy, but makes up for it in cuisine. The crab wonton was perfect and delicious, and the yellow curry with a large portion of rice will fill you up. The grilled chicken sandwich is wonderful. Instead of expecting a decent meal, this certainly was a great meal. Would recommend.

Banmi sandwiches were very small for the price. They were empty and not filled enough. The meats had no flavor and were drowned in sauce. Pho was very bland as well but salty at the same time. Customer service was just okay. She didn’t seem to want to be there and wasn’t communicating well with us. Will be looking for a good phone place in town.

My husband and I had a hankering for pho. Many places were closed so we decided to give Pho Saigon a try. It was really good. We were not disappointed at all. In other reviews rude customer service was mentioned. They’re not rude. They’re busy! We thought the service was efficient and polite. Just because someone is direct it doesn’t mean they are being rude. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Food was good but waiter did not move with any purpose, he let all the tables fill up with dishes and never checked on my table once. Just kept walking by my empty glasses and didn’t ask if we were ready to pay or needed to go boxes. Very disappointed will not be returning.
