Had to eat a dry and bland gyro because they managed to run out of Taziki sauce and garlic Romano seasoning before 1:00PM. How bad does your inventory management have to be to allow that to happen and then not offer a refund for the meal when it was clear that you weren't actually able to make what I wanted.

I have visited this location on a few of occasions over the past month and continue to be amazed by the incredible customer service experience, food quality and overall atmosphere at this Pita Pit. Elke and Joe are the two individuals who most frequently assist me with my order, and they are both incredibly friendly, helpful and overall a true pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a healthy meal option with incredible customer service at a fair price point (they offer military discounts), then this is the place for you!

Bought a sandwich on a Sunday afternoon and wondered if I had made a mistake and walked into a morgue. An employee was at the front counter, she glanced at me I said hi and was ignored. I stood by the register where one orders for a while then walked over to her and asked if there was someone who can help. A gentleman came out of the back to take my order, the food was great.I wondered if they were both having a bad day, like we all do on occasion.Oh, the “open” sign out front was turned off and parking was empty of vehicles at first I thought they were closed.Fast forward to the next day, the service was fantastic and the food was great.I did not give five stars because of the last visit.
