My order was in very poor quality. Both pizzas I ordered were dry and kinda hard, or tough, I should say. And they had practically no marinara on them(hence the dryness). And I ordered one bread sticks and one cheese sticks, and they were made "together" and as a result, my cheese sticks were burned. I'd give it a half a star if could

Ordered a pizza and when we got home and opened the box, it’s missing a slice of pizza. Tried to call the number to complain but been on hold for a very long time so I had to drive again to go to their store to return the pizza. The manager told me that they will just replace the pizza. At first I wanted to refund my money back and not get any pizza but then my kids were hungry already so I just took the managers offer to just replace the pizza.No, they did not offer a refund, they just replaced the pizza. They didn’t explain to me what happened. I’m really disappointed with their service.

I wanted a stuffed crust pizza and Pizza Hut had one. Their special was a large 1 topping (or 3 topping same price) stuffed crust pizza for $14.99. We also got wings some wings but $8 and sauce .79 cents. Ordered online, Apple paid. 4.25 for delivery plus whatever tip you wanted. Came in about 20 minutes and was super hot still, pretty greasy but I got the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce instead of marinara. It was pretty good and exactly what I wanted.

Tasty pizza! The pickup window is a nice feature.Ordered: thin parmesan crust with chicken, bacon, and roma tomatoes. They were cheap with the tomatoes this time.
Pizza was good but delivery was slow and pizza was cold. Definitely not delivered in half hour.

My husband and I were really excited about the new pizza promotion 2 pizza's cinnabon and cheese sticks. When I got it home I couldn't believe how DRY BOTH PIZZA'S WERE..HOW DO YOU DO THAT..WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY UNLESS A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR NO MARINARA SAUCE THEN YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT SAUCE ON THE PIZZAS RIGHT?????THIS WAS PICKED UP AT THE DIAMOND STORE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WON'T ORDER FROM THAT STORE AGAIN

Ordered a pizza for pickup, got home and realized the whole pepperoni pizza was uncooked and extremely DOUGHY in the middle. Cooked it in my own oven for 20 more min. and when I realized it was a lost cause I called Pizza Hut to see what my Options were. Manager was rude even after I told her nicely and asked what my option were. She said she didn't remember anything about it being doughy and requested I drive back for an inspection. At this point 45 min had been wasted and I was over it. Rude service and bad pizza. Go somewhere else.
