I am trying to order pizza for my family, o have called the Abbott store location 6 times and they keep hanging up the phone. So I called the other two pizza hit stores and they answer immediately but can't deliver to my residence. To say the least I'm frustrated that The pizza hut on Abbott won't answer their phone!

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!My order was roughly 45 minutes late. Understandable when it's snowing for 15 minutes or so, but not 45 minutes. I tried calling the store 6 - 8 times, it would hang up on me after the message. No answer.Food was basically refrigerator level cold. Incorrect toppings on the only combination pizza I ordered. Which just so happened to be the most expensive.I will NEVER eat pizza hut again. I was trying something new, but I full regret it. Biggest waste of $74 ever.
I like to say I'm a pizza hut kind of guy, as its the only pizza i order most of the time.The delivery drivers are always friendly and timely, but the staff at the restaurant arent as great.I didnt get everything i ordered and i tried calling directly to resolve it, but they never answer. Its also hard to find a way to get a refund without going in either.Ive also had family members order from this location and have issues. Theyve had to go directly to the location, but they also didnt get everything resolved.Overall, the food is good, but the service is starting to lack

Ordered on line and seems the system chaged my order from delivery to carry out. Called about a hour after I ordered and was told it was out for delivery. 15 minutes later I called and they said it was for carry out. Manager barely spoke English and was animate about not delivering unless I has cash to pay the delivery fee, even thought I ordered carry out. After being on hold 4 time the drive came n and said he will deliver order. Still waiting....

Ordered delivery. Door dasher marked order as completed 2 hours after I placed my order and stole my food. Store did not do anything and I had to dispute my charges through door dash customer service.
