Ordered food to-go including 2 full size milkshakes. Milkshake cups 1/2 full with another 1/4 full of whipped cream. Probably about 1/3 of the in-restaurant portion; about the size of a child's sippy cup. Unbelievable for the price.

Very very rude employees and awful customer service. Everyone I spoke to had an attitude and was no help just pointing me around the restaurant and then I stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone to ask the name to my pickup

My burger was very pink and he didn't ask me how i want my burger cooked. I've had better visits with better food and service than today. The lemonade wasn't up to oar either!

Restaurant couldn't handle crowd on late evening Saturday. Kitchen was backed up. Server almost never appeared, was perfunctory and rude.
Long time to get food but they brought out some fries to hold us over, which was nice. Food was okay, not great. Service was excellent.

I ordered a burger, and my kids got a burger with sweet potato fries (which they gave him regular fries instead) and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese came to the table hot in plastic baggies sitting in a cup... How absolutely disgusting. Not only was it the most fake and disgusting mac and cheese I've ever seen (and they've ever tasted, according to my oldest), but it was then full of micro plastics on top of all the fake cheese. I've never been so thoroughly upset at something being served to my child past maybe the garbage the matsu school district calls food... Never order the fake mac and cheese. It may be bottomless, but it's toxic.☠️The kid's burger is incredibly small, more of a toddler portion, so big kids may not enjoy it as much. My 9 year old was still hungry when we left.The avocado bacon burger was pretty good, so I'll not totally go one star. All in all, I've never enjoyed Red Robin, and this experience just solidified that for me. Smash Burger is way better. ?♀️

Our family loves Red Robin and we go every month or two. But we're super disappointed with the fact that their chicken sandwiches and burgers have been consistently shrinking over the last few years. In our latest visit, I couldn't believe how thin and gristly my wife's burger patty was. It honestly reminded me of something you'd find in a value menu drive-thru burger. We won't keep paying these prices if this trend continues.

Food was spot on. The service was surprisingly above and beyond. Appetizers came out before meals, and she brought extra sauces without being asked. The place itself was pretty gross. Don't look around too much, because you might need a vaccine.
