“Favorite Starbucks of all time. I come here to study often enough. The workers have always been kind, helpful, and patient when I want to try new things.I did have an incident once where a customer came in verbally harassing the customers. The workers kindly escorted the gentleman out and proceeded to give us gift cards for the inconvenience.If that isn’t good customer service I don’t know what is. They will always have my business.“

“As someone who doesn't consider themselves a Starbucks girl, and (doesn't drink coffee), I enjoy this rarely busy, out of the way, Starbucks location inside Jewel lake Carrs. Im here for the fun drinks, okay?! When I was younger the cold strawberry drink was my go to. Now, their fall menu has a literal hold on me. I've ordered their highly coveted iced pumpkin creme chai latte the last few times I've stopped by. I tell you those venti cups just aren't large enough. The employees are efficient. Their space is kept tidy. I am rarely waiting long for my order. Plenty of seating @ this location, as most of the orders here, are to go.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in town. Staff is awesome, so friendly everytime. Pretty sure half the staff is LGBTQ+, so I feel more at home, but gay or not they are the friendliest bunch in town, Upu is so sweet, calls me Mr. Jeff and hS a hug anytime someone needs. The cute red head girl is so kind and courteous over the intercom, one of the few places that I get a welcome to SB even when they are moderately busy. Alway leave a decent tip and say thanks because they deserve more!Vegetarian options: I always order the impossible bfast sandwich! It's so good, and I feel like I finally get to eat sausage again, because I don't do meat often, and never pork, so this one is such an awesome substitute! They have grilled cheese, a turkey melt thing that's good, for a meat. I am addicted to the ooey, gooey warm triple chocolate, mind blowing brownies! At the holidays they do a sugar plum pastry that I seriously can no ot get enough of because it is limited!Kid-friendliness: No so kid friendly really. Its an adult coffee shop,eave the kids at home, there is no room for their shenanigans and people are trying to have adult time!Parking: I've never had a hard time getting a spot close by, but it can be darn close to full at times.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have curb height, front row middle handicapable parking.Dietary restrictions: I always order the impossible bfast sandwich! “I often frequent this location and find all of the baristas very helpful/friendly. Ronnie is the barista I see most often and what a joy. I typically order very basic drinks but they never disappoint ☺️ I also love the little messages they write on the cup lids and leave on their display board. Always a great way to start the day!“
“Love all the seasonal drink choices, I ordered a butterscotch latte (very very sweet but I did like it). Sad the pumpkin spice latte isn't in season anymore (yes I'm that girl who gets excited about pumpkin spice) and I always look forward to the chestnut praline latte too. Very sweet barista, professional with a creepy customer who I overheard say "yesterday I took a picture of you". Wow. Not much else to say other than typical Starbucks drinks and bakery items, latte was good, Frappuccino was good, was happy the drinks were made quickly which isn't always the case with in grocery store Starbucks. I'll be back more often to this location specifically because of the fast service compared to drive thru locations at 8am.“

“I can’t love this place enough! The staff is kind, efficient, and fun! They truly go the extra mile with every customer to ensure a great experience. It costs a lot to get a coffee these days, so service like this is crucial. Chance and his crew are the best part of my day every time I swing by for a breve! I’d name then all, but there’s really no one who shouldn’t be recognized. Honestly, I could get a coffee anywhere but I chose this location because of the people working there. I hope corporate sees this and recognizes what a great team they have!“
“This Starbucks is located just inside of the Fred Meyer store on Muldoon and Debarr Road of which I am definitely a regular. Just ask Lulu who watches the front door-;-). Looks like this Starbucks stop could use a boost in reviews. Understandable, since I have had the service swing from borderline atrocious to mediocre, to actually quite nice. Inconsistent, yes. Until yesterday. Personally, I have been having a week long day from hell. You know. One of those days that just never seems to end? I had to run some errands, and since I was running on very few hours of sleep, I'm talking I need some coffee, like right now. SHOUT OUT to Janyla!!! Okay. So, she was out of my fave of faves with Starbucks: the heavenly Cold Brew. So, next best thing- an iced coffee with a shot of peppermint. Sure! On a cold and blustery winter's day? Why not? Side note: I tend to bring a line of people with me, and soon Janyla was overwhelmed. HOWEVER! She handled it with the coolest grace I have ever seen in quite some time. Even when she had to call her boss to help walk her through the procedure of loading my Starbucks gift card, she was calm and collected. Janyla! You are the light in the most dreariest of days. “Today is my Birthday so I decided to swing by my favorite Carrs Safeway for one of their delicious made to order deli sandwiches for my lunch later today and on my way in I noticed the Brand New Starbucks location that's been under construction right inside the south entrance for quite a while now was finally unveiled. This caught my attention, and I thought oooo looks like they might be open. So I quick jumped on my Carrs App to clip my Starbucks drink coupon. While I was doing this, the Owner/Manager got on the loud speaker and said be the first customer we are officially open! So I raced over right away. Waiting patiently. Then this lady cut right in front of me. So I decided to walk away. I thought we'll maybe I was t supposed to treat myself today, so I headed to the deli and Emily was happily waiting to make me a yummy sandwich. About 3 minutes later I see the Owner/ Manager running over to me. He apologized for the ladies behavior and told me to please come over and ask for Kurt and enjoy any free coffee on him. That he new I was officially their very first customer. I thought that was super kind of him and I had no intention on getting free coffee. Then I realized I really needed one today as my morning had started out on the wrong foot and running late. So I walked past the doughnuts, saw that everyone had beaten me to Carrs's yummmo fritters and then scooted back over to the New Starbucks! I tried a new coffee that the gal suggested. I shaken oat milk and brown sugar cinnamon iced latte, and while I was waiting Kurt gave me a sample of some nitro brew! Both were fantastic. I was eyeballing the coffee cake. So I gave into the forces. After all calories don't count on birthdays, right? He he. So I left there super happy even though some lady tried to steal my joy but thank you Jesus, he always prevails“
“Great staff! I came in and I was greater by smiles and high energy. One employee specifically was Hunter. He made my drink very quickly and so perfectly. There was a rude lady complaining to him and he handled it with the upmost professionalism and respect. Keep up the good work!“

“The Starbucks located inside the Anchorage Alaska Airport is definitely worth a visit. Their staff is incredibly friendly, greeting each customer with warm smiles and making the extra effort to ensure your experience is positive. The Triple Tall Latte is a must-try; the blend of flavors is absolutely delectable and it hits the spot, especially for a post-flight pick-me-up.That being said, the service speed experienced some hiccups during my visit due to some issues with their systems. This led to a slightly longer waiting time than usual.However, considering the quality of the beverage and the exemplary customer service, this minor delay didn't significantly detract from the overall experience.“
“The starbucks itself doesn't deserve 5 stars but the lady working the counter does. She didn't have a name plate but she had a sleeve tattoo. Not sure if people didn't show up to work but she's the only one back there and she's crushing it. She's taking orders, making food, making drinks, beep bopping around 100mph and I honestly got my drink faster than I do at a fully staffed Starbucks. Give this girl a raise.“

“This Starbucks team is wonderful! As a fellow Starbucks barista, there is nothing wrong with this location. The displays are clean and full; the kiosk is always tidy. The recent bad reviews were completely uncalled for. If a drink isn’t made to your preference, you can avoid a heartache by asking for a remake or even adding extra ingredients. During my last visit, one of the baristas was being trained on drinks, and everything came out perfectly in a timely manner.“
“My coworker and I go to the Starbucks on Muldoon every week day because of the exceptional team of employees they have there. They greet us every morning with positive hellos, friendly conversation, and delicious coffees. This is the best Starbucks we’ve been to in Alaska! We’re so lucky to work close by them.“
“Today on 12.15.2023, at around 8:10am, the Starbucks location was extremely busy. Despite ordering my drink well in advance, my order was missed, causing me to be late for work,. however, I did observed the team working diligently and cooperatively, and they were apologetic about the delays in fulfilling orders, including mine. The management at this location is friendly, despite being busy, and they still maintain an efficient operation.“
