Ate at the Subway at Providence Hospital. Convenient, quick, and tasty.

Employee Mark was extremely rude and discourteous to customs showing up for breakfast. My wife and I spent the night in the hospital with our 4yr old and were looking forward to Subway for breakfast. I showed up at 9:45 and was told they weren't open til 10am, so I offered to wait and was very rudely told there was no loitering. I walked into the hallway and was told that wasn't far enough. When I came back after 10am, I was told bow they're not going to open til 10:30, clearly he was very agitated with me. My wife has an oncology appt at 10:45, so we're not getting breakfast today.

Service was awful, the place was dirty. Lettuce was gross and brown, I was sick for the rest of the day after less than half my sandwich.

Your staff are extremely slow do not work as a team nor did they wash their hands at any point between being at the register collecting money and making food. I waited over 20 mins to get food and the staff was no help getting in touch with a manager or supervisor. This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. Didn’t even get time to eat my lunch nor was there a long line I had one person in-front of me with two sandwiches two.

When I walked up the lady at the counter was complaining about not having any ingredients and boy way she right. The cheese look liked it had been under a heat lamp for days and she tried to put wilted spinach on my sandwich. I asked for it to be removed. There were no olives and the tomatoes and cucumbers had other ingredients all mixed in with it like they hadn’t taken the time to clean up. She told me they were slammed but I looked over and there was an employee just standing there watching. I asked for pepper and when she shake it over the sandwich a whole mass of it came out. I just want a sandwich with fresh ingredients. Could use some improvements.

Opens at 10 went there 1050am and NOTHING was ready like no bread nothing was out.. the woman kept telling me oh its Monday idgaf if it's Tuesday you open at 10 then you should be ready by 10. Must be under new management use to go everyday and never had an issue.. pretty sad.

Subway is the best place to get a sandwich and a soda!

Pretty sure these employees are always lifted. Today I stood at the counter after being told they were open by an employee for several minutes while she didn’t assist me. Instead she told me to yell back to someone else, that I couldn’t see, to get them to come help me while she stood with a mop and chatted with her boyfriend. Yeah, no thanks.

Standard Subway by this one in an hospital. Same choices and same prices as other Subway. I used the cafeteria before I was informed of this Subway. I was happy of that Subway cause the cafeteria food at the hospital was inedible.
