Subway is Subway, nothing fancy yet is a decent sandwich. And although there is nothing such as perfect there makes a difference when an establishment tries. There is a saying, "what makes a good carpenter is one that can fix there mistakes so that it seems as one was never made". Well here at Subway on Spenard there is such a person. One that not only goes above the standards of customer service so that you would think you were back in the times customer service mattered. But also when made a minor mistake quickly was apologetic, Instead of trying to blame the customer even though I was perhaps not as clear as I could of been and so was willing to pay half the cost to get a sandwich I had requested to begin with. She replied with a warm smile "oh no that was my mistake and you shouldn't have to pay". So quickly made a new one again with a smile and good spirits the entire time. Me being a middle aged man knows that she is not being paid what she should but she takes pride in her work and her rate of pay makes no difference on how she performs her duties. The entire time I sat here eating and looking out at the passing vehicles and bustling people going about the day. She was either laughing while she helped a customer, or had a sanitized wash cloth and cleaned away. This is an employee that Subway, I would hope recognizes, and that her generation should take notes from. As this is the work ethic that we should all strive for. I did not ask her last name but her first is Audrey. She was working the afternoon shift on January 25th approximately @ 2pm

My visit at this store was horrible. Disrespectful bad customer service was presented. I walked in respectfully with a smile on my face. A young lady there first approach me on duty at 10:45Am on May. 13th 2023. I asked was the tuna fish real meat ? The young lady responded yes so she walked to the back and she did not want to assist me and told the other young lady to assist me so I asked the same question so the young lady walked back ask the same young lady that walked off. I was given bad treatment. Her eyes rolled at me, and I was still smiling. All because I asked is the tunafish real. I was like two it was no honesty in this situation. I had to reach close to behind the counter to receive my food, because the young lady did my hand me my food properly, I would never ever receive any services from this place again those two young ladies is showing bad customer service and they should be fired. Customers is first.

There’s 3 young employees that look completely lost, have no idea what they are doing and I’m pretty sure one trashed my salad bowl because I had to run to the car to get him and gave my husband a complete other bowl FULLY filled with meat not heated up or melted cheese and like I asked for when I walked out. I worked for subway for years for my pregnancy leave they need assistance. More than just with how to take and make orders.

Its 7:46pm right now. I came to pick up my online order at 7:40pm. The store employees looked at me, I showed my phone order, they looked, ignored me and hid in the back. The sign says it closes at 8pm. The doors were locked. Really awful human beings! Will never eat a subway again!

Subway menu makers for sure prefer a savory sandwich. Historically, they had a great concept in the fresh made bread and sandwich fixings reasonably priced. However the end of the tracks seems to have arrived in heavy cheap meats smothered in flavored safflower oil sauces that do little to represent the sandwich portrayed. - Chicken was maybe supposed to be shredded, but came out more remeniscent of cat food. - Simple white bread very moist and soft despite being additionally "roasted". - Tomato shaped discs. reminiscent of watermelon rind -Garlic Aioli, missing the sour salty flavor in addition to palitable garlic. What you are left with is seasoned damp pile

We had a great picnic lunch from This Subway today. The folks were happy, and glad to see us. The sandwiches were professionally prepared, and the employees seemed confident and proud of their work. The place was spotless, and I will buy from this location again. I look forward to returning.

I haven't had subway in awhile and kinda forgot how to order. I didn't even know what would go good together but Devonté was very patient and giving suggestions, while in no rush to get me out. I was able to order fairly quickly tho because of his suggestions where otherwise I would have taken forever. He was also very humourous, friendly, and not to mention super knowledgeable in what he does. I was very impressed. The sub I got was packed and the flavor combinations he suggested were on point! I stopped going to subway awhile back because of poor service, this was a great change and reason for me to want to stop by again! Great people and great food! ✊? ?

It used to be good. The past few weeks I’ve ordered online Protein bowls and salads… they’re half as full with almost nothing in them with not what I ordered. I got a salad today and the chicken was still frozen
