Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered for pickup on doordash and it said my order would be ready at 9:40 PM. I get to the restaurant, which has NO LINE in the drive-through. I go inside and say "pickup for Sarah", and the employee walked away. 15 minutes later, all the staff have been ignoring us in the lobby. (Many other people were also waiting for pickup orders). They gave us all a small cup and said that the drive-through was backed up. 10:10 rolls around and my order is FINALLY ready, but they forgot to give me my large drink. They tried to tell me that I didn't order a large drink and asked for my receipt to "prove it". When I get home, the chips are stale and my tacos DID NOT have extra beef like I asked/paid for. Unbelievable. I'm normally sympathetic towards under-staffed restaurants that are busy, but ignoring the customers in the lobby was not professional at all

If you’re looking for the worst Taco Bell in Anchorage, go here. For the fourth time, I’ve ordered from this store, they never make the food right, tortilla is cold, meat is wrong, rarely any requested sauce in the burrito that I paid extra for, waste of money & time. Just drive down to old Seward Taco Bell where they’ll handle you better, cause these guys don’t give a damn

This place is super inconsistent when it comes to treating delivery drivers. They tend to not start the order till the driver arrives at the location and if they are busy, it means a long wait to pickup the food.They treat drivers as second class citizens. They have a policy of not letting drivers use the drive thru window if their lobby is open. They don’t post any signs like the other locations letting people know the lobby is closed. So we have to waste time checking the door to see if it’s unlocked.If locked like this morning, I go through the drive thru and told to pull up to the window. Then when I pull up am told that I need to pull out front and someone will hand deliver the order since they haven’t finished despite them not having any other customers in the drive thru. I tell them no and that I’ll instead wait at the window like any other guest. I’m then greeted by the manager on duty and she tells me the same thing and that it’s policy for us drivers to do this. Despite that not much longer after, I have to pickup from a different Taco Bell and they have a sign on their door AND they don’t make me wait out front for someone to hand deliver. And they actually had had customers and were quite busy.So it would seem to me that it’s not actual policy and instead are trying to fudge their stats on drive thru times by treating delivery drivers differently. And with them usually not starting the order till I arrive makes it so I don’t want to pickup from this location. As we actually lose money as drivers by having to wait since we don’t get paid by the hour and instead are paid to pickup and deliver.All I’m asking for is consistency and to be treated like I’m picking up a regular online order. Start the order when you get it and have it ready for pickup by the time we get there and the experience for all parties involved will be smooth and easy. But for now, this restaurant will ALWAYS get a 1/5 from me until this “policy” changes.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST Taco bell I have ever been to. Not only do they get your order wrong and make you come inside but then thier computer doesn't work due to user error so I had to leave empty handed.

Timing I important for these reataunts.Seems some of these locations like this one are getting worse. The entire Abbott and lake Otis food place area (McDonald's, subway, taco bell) all need to step up their quality / service.Their cinnomon twists are horrible, it's like they're trying to save 5 cents by not putting much cinnomon sugar on them. Other times the twists are crunchy rock hard with little pitted hard parts.

The service was great, but the food was atrocious. Frozen and extremely wet lettuce and little to no meat and cheese. Could be a new worker of course, but either way was left very disappointed.

Simple advice, if you pick up food from this location, CHECK YOUR ORDERS TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL! In the last three times I have gone there, I have had to go in or contest the order at the window, to have the staff add things they have forgotten. So, just double check your orders.

The food at this Taco Bell has been terrible with the employees hardly filling the food properly to only putting refried beans, drinks having little to no syrup, orders missing ingredients completely and food not tasting right. Only appears to be a night problem, if you run out of ingredients just say you’re out instead of robbing me on my money. Thanks.
