Ordered an ice coffee, Baja blast and 1 grilled cheese fries with beef in drive through. Had to wait so long just for the car in front of us to only get 3 small box of food. Then when we pulled up to the window my ice coffee looked like it had been drank 1/3 of the way. Even after they gave us our fries there were no straws in the bag. After asking for straws and driving off I opened the box of fries and this was what was in there. This is just disgusting and sad.

Not trying to be a Karen and i rarely complain but Taco bell is my favorite fast food place.Usually go to this location on Tudor, no problems in general however today 11/7/23 my food was barely room temp,the mexican pizza n Fiesta potatoes were thrown in bag so food was all mushed up on one side of containers.no ice in drink, they forgot both potatoes and requested sauce,had to ask for items after order was gave to me as complete. Employee at window did not greet,say thanks or speak in general during whole transaction.As a sugestion maybe addl training in custmer service is needed.

Food is consistently wrong, at least 1/3 order never correct. Half the food is usually cold, if you ask for no sour cream you'll be told "we can't do that" and given double the amount of sour cream instead.

Nice place to get quick food with great service.Parking: Parking is good, it’s getting to the place that’s tricky. The entryway is harder to get to if you don’t know where to slow down and turn… difficult to see at night time.
