Last three times I have bought corn tortillas from Fred Meyers(Taco Local brand) they have had mold on them. Not sure if it's a rotation problem with Fred Myers (mid town location) or with Taco local. But was not able to use them.

Love the salsa and chips. Unfortunately the Taco Loco store is permanently closed, though the manufacturing remains open. So the good news is, you can still get their products, but not directly from the Taco Loco store. You have to go to Carrs/Safeway, or Fred Meyers to buy their products.

This place is filled with very hard working individuals that "get the job done". You would not believe just how popular this companies product line is in Alaska. You simply are not going to find fresher products for your Mexican MEAL Nights anywhere around.... and if ya do..... they probably made it for them. Lol!!!Can you believe that this little company based in Anchorage, Alaska provides service to the whole Alaska region. That is half the size of the U.S..Salsa is made daily and sells.fast off of the shelves.!!!!! LOOK!!!!!I got a question for YOU.Just how many preservatives does it take to make salsa that doesn't have to be refrigerated???????? Great place to buy Mexican food supplies. They seem to mainly be a supplier for local Mexican restaurants, but it's also a place for people like you and I. There is no hot food here. You can get hot food from here, but you have to order one day in advance. There are lots of Mexican hot sauces and canned ingredients. The star of the show (and probably the reason to come here) are their tortillas. These are made fresh by them. Don't mess with lower 48 tortillas that need to be barged/trucked in!
