Came in with my kids for dinner and ordered around 5:45. It was crowded, so understandably it took a while for the food. When our food finally did arrive 45 minutes later, my burger was barely room temperature and overcooked. The cheese and the bun was cold, my mashed potatoes were only warm because there was gravy on top of them other than that, they were cool to touch. One of my kids ordered chicken tenders and they came out, pulled apart as if to make them smaller. My other kid ordered the kids cheeseburgers that were barely room temperature and hard as a rock. I tried getting the attention of our waitress who only came to take our order and then walked by at one point to drop off drinks, but never took the other drinks away. I tried getting her attention a couple of times after somebody else delivered our food to let her know the food issues and to try and get some kind of condiments, however after two or three times of her passing and not stopping, I gave up. The front manager came to ask if everything was OK and I told her everything and she was kind enough to at least take off the foods that we were not eating because of the horrible quality. Suffice to say we will not be coming here for a very long time. Ended up going to McDonald’s and had hot burgers. It’s the small things that make or break things.

I don't know what has changed, but the recipes are different than the last time I ate here in Novemver. The pulled pork isn't as flavorful. They somehow dry out their ribeyes. More charring of the pork and steak. The flavored rice is very sodium heavy and satured with salt. No more sweet potato is a big blow. Loved their loaded sweet potato. The sweet rolls aren't very sweet anymore either. Drinks are good though.

My daughter and I were there when they opened today (04/08/24). Our waiter put us next to the bar at a booth that sat 2 people. He took our order and left. We never saw him again until the very end. Our table was so small that we put our dirty appetizer dish on the wooden dividing wall. I asked another girl there if she could get me a box for our appetizer so I could put it on my seat with me to make room on the table, and some extra butter for my baked potato because it was dry. He finally came by about 40min later asking us if we needed boxes. He was training a really short girl. Maybe that's why he never came back by???? The manager was making his rounds and came to our table. I let him know that he sucked as a waiter on this particular day. I never got a refill on my drink. We just left. Hopefully it will be better next time, because we LOVE Texas Roadhouse.

Appetizer basket of ribs with fries; ribs were a bit dry. Garden salad was fresh and plentiful.Dinner chicken fried chicken, baked potato, and side of chili, spot on with flavor and temperature, etc. Those rolls , YUM!The service was excellent.

3/29/24, around 12:30, went to have lunch. Our appetizer had a hair fried into it. You grab the hair, and you could pick the fried ball up. Had the staff take it back. No charge, and no manager. Our two bacon cheeseburgers were about 45 min later. Came to us all dried out. Fries were dead. I order jalapeños with mine. No jalapeños tho. Wife said no lettuce or tomato. It came with lettuce and tomato. I was so upset I was just wanting to go. I ask for a to go box. I explained to the waitress about the disaffection. Still no manager, no discount. I went home and ended up just tossing my untouch hamburger. Wife's burger too. Basically paid 50 for 2 beers and a soda. Never ended up eating lunch. I found out later my wife tip 10 dollars as well. Not sure why. She said she was not thinking. Just habit. This is the second time texas has done my family wrong. There so slow. There hair needs to be in hair net's. The management needs not to be hiding when there's complaints. Staff needs to get the hustle on and quit with the chit chatting with Co workers. I watch them cut it up over n over when I come here. Wife loves the rolls. So she makes me bring her. But after today, never again will I eat at this place....Update. wife said they did charge us still for the rattlesnake bites with the hair in it. My lord.

Never had a bad meal here. The Prime Rib is the best around, hands down. For a chain, the steaks are fantastic!And those rolls.....oh my lord they are good!

Our empty bread basket sat on the table all thru the meal, the waiter came a few times & several passed our table no one offered to take the empty basket. Even when the food was brought to our table and we didn't have much room it still wasn't taken away. Our refill drinks took forever. When the refills finally came the empty glasses were not taken either. The fries and burgers were extra salty, I mentioned it to the waiter & he made no effort to correct that just apologized. Prior to ordering I told the waiter I had a birthday free appetizer and he took a picture of it from my phone but didn't credit us for it. Wasn't happy with the service or the meal.

Me and my husband were really excited to go to texas roadhouse, but was very disappointed once we left. We got seated and the waitress asked what we wanted to drink and order. We started off with some drinks and appetizers, but needed more time to look at the menu. The appetizers came out fairly quick which was nice, but the waitress totally forgot that we haven’t ordered our entrees so about 20 minutes have past before we had to tell her we still needed to order. No big deal, people forget things. I ordered the mushroom jack chicken sandwich and my husband ordered a chicken critter combo with a steak. The food comes out, and it’s just all wrong. The combo platter has 4 very small pieces of dry chicken and a very small and dry “6 oz sirloin” that was cooked more towards well done instead of medium rare. My husband also said that it tasted like a burger king burger patty and not even a steak from a steak house. Then I didn’t even get a sandwich. I got the mushroom jack chicken on a plate. I asked for them to take it back so I could get what I ordered and by the time I got my sandwich my husband was about done with his dinner. We ended up taking my meal to go so it was just a very disappointing experience overall.
