Amazing food at The Hottest Spot with great customer service. The crab racoons, the chef hott pot special, and the tempura Oreos were all delicious. The hott pot was such a joy and big enough for two. Great place!

Nice hole in the wall place. It had a good amount of seating. I had a big party & happy that they were able to accommodate us. Especially with our 2 little ones that kept switching seats. The waitresses were very attentive & very sweet. The food: I had the sinigang, the rest of my party had the Kalbi, ramen bowl, curry soup & beef soup. I gave it a 3 star because the food was mediocre. The sinigang had a very potent fish sauce taste. I couldn't taste the tamarind at all because it was SO heavy on the Patis. Per my party, the kalbi & beef soup was good, curry was great & the ramen bowl left someone still feeling really hungry. Their appetizers & desserts were yummy. I just wish the taste of the food matched the price.

I have LOVED this place since it opened specifically because of how fresh the food is. My sister and I eat here often and have not ever had to send food back. it must be under new ownership because half the menu items are gone, the substitute for our favorite TomYum was not nowhere near close, half the meet suppose to be in it wasnt, the crab was like paste, the squid gray and like a rubber band. it was pungent in smell and taste. inedible, someone is going to get sick. so we sent it back to try the curry which again was missing half the ingredients supposed to be in it. I will not be going back. very disappointed.

Like the other reviewer, easy 10/10. Started with crab rangoons, perfectly crafted with what tasted like fresh filling, served with a side of sweet chili sauce. Then bowls of beef and combo soup arrived, served on little stoves. We opted for the vermicelli noodles. Plunk those in the soup, stir as it boils and cooks, and chat with your companion(s) about goings-on. After a bit, my technique was to pull bits of meat & veggies out onto my plate to cool before eating. Eventually the fire goes out and the soup is ready to devour using a spoon. This was the time of "wow that's good"! Fun experience, healthy, and definitely delicious.

I notice there has been some changes to the menu. The beef sticks and crab rangoon are different. Sadly their iconic spicy house sauce wasn’t there. Also the soup tasted bland…
I took my girlfriend there to eat and she ordered the tofu special and i ordered the seafood (house) special… safe to say i received food poisoning shortly after. starting throwing up and feeling nauseous. also feeling nauseas right after the meal.
