We have been coming to top bop for a long time but felt I had to write this review because I can’t believe what I just received. We always get the Poke bowl and the one I just ordered was literally rice, vegetables and 5 small cubes of Poke! At this point they should just call it a rice bowl. The portions have been getting smaller over the years but this is ridiculous.For managment: It is better to charge a little bit more than to screw your customers over by giving them a bowl of rice and veggies and calling it a poke bowl.

I heard the young lady up front using the microwaving before she called me up to pick up. Not a good 1st impression. Not a lot of teriyaki sauce or noodles, the beef was very dry and bland maybe from the microwave or too long in the warmer, to be fair I came to eat around 3pm I went up and had to order and pay for more noodles. But wonderful staff with great customer service. Very hard to find great service anywhere.

Of the three of them, this location is my favorite. There are two young ladies who have worked years there.(They deserve top pay there for their work ethic!) They memorized my order and give great customer service!!.Vegetarian options: I make mine vegetarian. Tofu and rice only level 5. I am hooked!Parking: It is in a strip mall so plenty of parking!

I believe these young girls deserve a raise. I love this branch and the atmosphere. Anytime I come there, I am treated with the utmost respect. I've seen them treat everyone with the utmost respect as well. They're phenomenal. They keep coming out with more and more. Koreans like flavor food, and I'm proud of this company. Love it 10-10
It was our first time trying out this restaurant, which is simple but cute and you order at a counter up front. The food was good but not amazing. I ordered the Poke Bop on spice 5 ( it wasn’t that spicy). My boyfriend ordered the beef bop which was good. We added the dumplings to each meal and he added an egg. It was a bit pricy though. I think it’s a good place overall.

A bit over priced for what I would consider just "okay" Korean food. I had the beef bop and paid for a larger size. The portion for over $18 was meh. I couldn't eat it all, i just thought I'd have more leftover. Guess I'm still adjusting to inflation. I had to pay over $3 for two eggs which I'd consider standard for bim bim bop. The eggs were over cooked and had no runny yolk for the dish. I had to pay over $4 more for kimchi and it was okay kimchi. The food itself was tasty but just such a down played Americanized version of bim bim bop that I was just slightly disappointed with it. The spice and sauce (which I got the chili paste added supposedly Level 4 on their scale) were mild.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I came in for lunch asking for take out. The guy was so freakin rude!!!! Lost my service FOREVER! He can go f himself!

I just changed my review from a 5 star to a 4 star. Prices went up and the menu changed. I really miss the tuna fish bowl without all the fake crab and Atlantic salmon. The staff is good.

Very mediocre, okay in a pinch, not expensive. Usually places with various protein/rice combos have room for more customization than this place. It's not possible to get the poke without onions, or to get just carrots without cabbage (since it's a mix). And the rice didn't taste seasoned at all. The sauce was a highlight, but more would have been better. I also think they should just stick with salmon/tuna poke and eliminate the Krab- it's on the low end of imitation crab that I've eaten. Would not return.
