Pulled in because the neighboring drive thru was way too long and there was no line here. Ordered a Flying Dutchman and I was starving so I inhaled it. It was so good and I ate it so fast I actually got lightheaded standing up from the level of spice in it from the green chiles. This lunch made me feel more pleasure than all my past relationships and for that I'm thankful.

When we were house-hunting 7 years ago, we had lunch here. The owner is one of the first, and nicest, guys we met here. You must try the onion rings. More like luscious thin strings of lightly crushed coated onions. Just try them. The dogs are big and juicy and the toppings rule. I have a hard time choosing one. Everything is just perfect here. Yum

They always have great dogs. Always. They have great beer options for the conasiuer to wash down the epically prepared hotdogs. From Vietnam to the southeastern U.S. is represented in transforming he humble beuf frank into a culinary event for the taste buds on your tongue. This time around, the bathroom wasn't so pleasant and it smells like mold. The cleaning materials next to the toilet were very odd for a such a cool restaurant. The tables were dirty as well, not the most welcoming environment to eat their wonderful food.

Decided to try this place out based on the high reviews. Walked in and it was empty, one of the workers comes to take our order and was already talking to me and another guy come from the back and slides in front of the other person and tells them "go cook", it was very strange. We ordered and got our food in a reasonable amount of time. The food itself didn't live up to the hype. Corn dogs were not good, the kids wouldn't eat them for like 8 bucks a piece. The hot dogs were good but were they worth the price of 8+ bucks a piece? No way, glad I tried it but don't think I'll return.

Friday nite, want something we wont have to spend eternity waiting for a table. Plus in the mood for a hot dog. So here we are. It's been awhile and there's been a few changes. Added booths, named hats & shirts plus a new menu board. Like I said it's been awhile. Instead of the usual Chicago dog. Today's fare was a Frito pie dog & Tijuana dog. The Frito pie dog was different. Just enough Fritos to make it crunchy, a little ground meat, onions, fresh jalapeños and covered in cheese. Yes it was as good as it sounds. The Tijuana dog came bacon wrapped, covered with pico de gallo, avocado, grilled onion and topped with chipotle mayo. It had great flavor. Nice to step out of the comfort zone on occasion.

Great food and never had a negative interaction there. Service is quick, but not rushed, and employees have been friendly when I've gone in.

Simply amazing dogs. I ordered the Crafty, the Elote and the Chicago dogs. They were delicious and unique. I will be ordering from them again. I did not go in, it was an Uber Eats delivery.

I went there once and tried two different dogs to get an idea of what they have or to the flavors. I didn't care for either one. Looks good and seems like a fun place but not the right flavor profile for me.

Let's call this one, a place where vegans and carnivores can find a common ground. My oldest daughter is vegetarian. I am not. Trying to find a place we can both enjoy is sometimes a little bit of a challenge. So when she suggested we try urban hot talk, I was a little taken back, thinking you might have a last minute audible when she finds out, they don't have any vegan dishes. I was wrong! She had the plant-based brat. I had the Le blue hotdog with a side of barbecue sliders. They were both delicious and relatively affordable. Although, I could have enjoyed the sliders as a standalone meal. No, in full disclosure, I don't really know the difference between vegan or vegetarian. I can tell you that my oldest daughter has a pretty good eye for those things, and gave urban Hotdog a thumbs up... And so do I.

Super friendly staff, lovely outside seating with an extensive hot dog menu. Go all out or enjoy a simple, good ole hotdog while enjoying Anchorage sites. We stopped after a great bikes ride on the Knowles trail. Wonderful day.

I really enjoy the hot dogs but I thought i'd try to green chile cheese fries and it did not disappoint! the fries were crisp with fresh authentic New Mexican green chile. only thing is I wish the cheese was mixed more together than just being all the the top, but overall amazing side choice i'd recommend all the green chile lovers!

Wanted to try the Anchorage classic, reindeer sausage. Was not disappointed. The guys behind the counter were SUPER friendly.

First, I have to say that the owner is one of the friendliest people ever. He was consistently checking in, chatting, and making sure that we had a good experience. My husband joked that he came all the way to Alaska for a Chicago dog, but it was on the menu. I thought the fries were great. We almost skipped over this place but it was one of the best deals and experiences eating in Anchorage.
