It took them 20 minutes to make 2 breakfast sandwiches, one they got wrong, one potato side, French toast and Cinnabon ahich wasnt even heated. There wasn't anyone in the drivethru, I'm not sure why they're making everything so horribly slow only to screw up. Be stoned at home not work. I didn't have time to go back in and tell them as because it took them over 20 minutes it made us late for our child's doctor appointment.

I typically love Wendy's but this particular restaurant on Old Seward is, for lack of a better term, abysmal. I stopped on my way to work was in a bit of a rush so I stopped quickly there because it is one of 2 drive throughs on my route to work. I work a 12 hour graveyard shift so i needed something for lunch later. Knowing full well that this specific Wendy's has a track record for failing (my wife and I have come here on 3 other separate occasions, all of them failures in one way shape or form) I figured hey I will make the order easy so they couldn't possibly mess it up. I ordered 2 Cheeseburgers and a 6 piece nugget and a small frosty cream cold brew. My hopes, yet again, were too high. After waiting in the drive through for nearly 20 minutes and having the person at the window ask me what i ordered twice (with only 1 vehicle ahead of me that had a small order i might add) I recieved 1 cheese burger, a 5 piece nugget, A large coldbrew with no cream (i ask for a small because large cups don't fit in my vehicles cup holders.) and an Asiago Chicken Ranch club (those words never even left my lips so idk where it came from).Needless to say I will never go to this Wendy's again. I will likely contact corporate as well and mention all the issues we have had at this specific Wendy's with orders, careless staff, and Managers with no honesty with customers or interest to make money for the company they receive a paycheck from.C ya and good riddance.

Very very slow in drive thru..food luke warm..missing items from order..we had a small order..a small buger, baconator jr and chicken nuggets..no meals..no sodas or fries..this isnt the first time either ...wont use that wendys ever again..and I will spread it on social media..

anytime I go to any Wendy’s in Anchorage, including the one off the Seward highway. They’re out of something, can’t accept cards, or something is wrong … Wendy’s get your proverbial craft together or hire somebody who knows how to run a chain restaurant. The Alaskan owners are screwing up your name sake.

I don't know wwhhhyyyy I came here again. Monstrous owners constantly short staffing. Shame on whoever is running this joint you work these poor kids to death I can't believe I came here again I haven't been in months and I forgot just how awful y'all. Give the current staff bonuses because they're getting killed out there.

Parking lot had one car in it. Store had one couple in it. Plus two employees sitting/standing in the fireplace area. I used to love wendys.Haven't visited in several years due to wait time in drive through. Thought I would try eating inside instead.Coukd not understand cashier. There were an additional five people in the cook area. Drive through was not busy.Entire Lobby was disgusting. Tables had not been cleaned off. There were no napkins in dispenser, maybe ten straws, ketchup dispensers both empty, Medium lids were empty as well. When I asked why they were empty the cashier said, “ We will get to them later”.Soda was flat, the single burger I ordered had some weird bun on it and it was very spicy like some hot sauce or something was added. disrupts my stomach to eat these spicy burgers.I went to the front and was told they ran out od the correct buns.Nothing was said to me about the switch in buns. The manager offered to make another one with a pretzel bun. Yuck! I could not eat another burger.I am sorry, I cannot get excited to eat here any longer. . Wendy”s quality has gone way down and its not worth the money to sit in a filthy store with no fresh ingredients as they say!Dietary restrictions: intolerance to spicy foods.
