Well I brought my val-pac coupons. And this MANAGER, for the life of him couldn't give me my discounts. I explained everything I wanted 3 times at the speaker and 2 times in person and he came back and was like I can give you $2 off and that's it. I turned the sheet of paper over and was like....(.. AGAIN.)... What about these 3 I already asked for like 3 times already... he was like and I quote" .... OMG! I didn't know there was another side to the piece of paper...."I was like ok whatever I'll just clear this up tomorrow... uuuggghhhhhh ... NEVER AGAIN
Tried to order my food when the place had like 2 other people there and took forever the employees were very rude and took forever to help anyone and they ended up getting my order wrong tried telling them at the counter but no one would help me definitely go to a different Wendy's also ended up paying more than what the burger was they gave me

Would have been would have been better had anybody noticed I was there in the Drive-Thru I need to ask if I can order. Then instead of Pepsi I got diet Pepsi its disgusting so they would lose stars just for that.

This is one of my least favorite places to pick up, as the hours of the lobby are not consistent so you never know to come inside or go through the drive thru and then if you do go through the drive thru and they are open they will tell you to come inside and not care that they trap you in their drive thru line and you have to wait forever to get through it. I cancelled the last order I had from here while waiting to get out of the drive thru after they refused to serve me there and told me to go inside for a delivery order, leaving me 10-15 minutes in their drive thru with no way to get out or leave!

Ok, so one of the better fast food burgers in Anchorage, but…..Longest wait ever, EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL. Also, constantly out of product of one sort or another. Usually the drive through is the longest wait. Will I return? If i’m not in a hurry…yes..yes I will. Will I get annoyed by the lack of product and slow service….
Man I'm a very patient person but waiting over 15 min for food is insane. On top of that, no apologies were given just handed me cold food. Sure, I could've had them give fresh seasoned potatoes but I feel for the others in line and just left.Everytimw I come by this place and the one over on spenard.
