Got to our hotel late and ordered from here at 11pm. At 12:02 we called the driver who said she is STILL waiting in line to pick up then at 12:20 we get notified our order was canceled. So it took this place almost an hour and a half to decide they just weren't going to fulfill an order.

Slowest place on earth we waited in line for our food for 30 minutes. Was over charged and then told we could not get our food because the systems were down mind you we sat at the window for 10. They are very slow far from fast food and they always have a bunch of people just standing around playing and laughing instead of working. If I could give no stars I would. Also, they are always out if something doesn't matter when I go they are out of something my family orders. Boooo to them.
Drive thru person was outstanding. Food was horrible, I took a bite of the fries, soggy with grease that hadn't been changed in more than a week. I pulled over to throw up. Yuke! Open the sandwich it was worse. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young man and explained this to him. He stated the manager is aware of this. It was because of transportation issues getting the oil here. Yeah right, I'm not dumb. said I should be speaking to the manager, he then said he was the manager. I asked his name, Alexander. I said, imagine how many others got sick. This used to be a good Wendy's, no more!!!!
