The location is the main location for the princess cruises. The lodge is extremely nice and relaxing! The grounds are great and a lot of fun! Staff is extremely nice and helpful.Views from the desk which you can access at the lodge are amazing! Everyone says the bar and restaurant is fantastic! I highly recommend this location for local Alaskans and everyone visiting Alaska!
This was our last lodge on our tour through Alaska. It rooms had a real cozy feel, with wood furniture and a fireplace ready to light. There is a shuttle service to take guests to and from the main lodge to their rooms. Even though it was the middle of summer, we wanted to be able to have a fire in the fireplace. There was plenty of cut wood for the stove and they even provided fire starter.There was a nice trail behind the main lodge building that goes down in a bit of a slope....read full review

This was recommended by someone for their view and since we had to pass cooper landing we stopped for lunch. The seating was pick your own table and everyone was outside on the patio . We ordered the Reuben sandwich and the veggie sandwich. This came with regular fries or sweet potato fries. The waitress was pleasant and checked back with us.
