The guy at the register taking orders, who seemed to be the manager, was rude when we placed our order. The sub I ordered wasn't available so I ordered a different sub nbd, but somehow he managed to shame us for asking and then proceeded to shame the line of customers for the lunch rush. It's pretty easy to be nice and if you don't like the service industry, find something else behind the scenes.

The food is always pretty decent here which makes it really hard because their staff and atmosphere after 4 P.M. is atrocious. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we first got there last night 2/12/24 6:15 p.m. The ordering process alone took over 10 minutes simply because I had a Valentines Day coupon and the manager was on what appeared to be a personal phone call and wouldn't come out of the back to validate it when she did finally come out, she was mid conversation on her phone didn't even look at me or the coupon hit a couple buttons and spun back around as if asking her to do her job as a manager was a major inconvenience to her and her conversation at the moment. Waited over 30 minutes for just two sandwiches, I had asked for no green peppers on my sandwich, asked politely when picking up the order if they had caught that it was no green peppers, the lady assured me it didn't. Upon arriving at home and biting into my sandwich sure enough they had put green peppers. This is the 3rd consecutive bad exeperince I've had at this Firehouse so I'd rather just save my $40 to be treated like a second rate customer and wait over 30 minutes for food. If you're looking for somewhere to eat tonight, skip Firehouse I know I will.

Waited over 30 minutes for my order. When I approached the counter to Inquire about my order. The girl told me " I made that a long time ago and sent it out" I said you never called my name. She said nothing after that. Another lady made my meatball and there was not even anything for my inconvenience or for the other person lying. Not going there again. 12/05/23 6pm to 630pm

I went in to order a sub when I heard the manager make a call to ask an employee to come in.The employee said they had a doctor's note and were too sick.The manager began to berate the employee.I won't eat food where managers (not even general employees) think it's food safety to have a person so sick they got a doctor's note come in despite doctor's orders and make sandwiches for my family.I didn't even order. Not worth getting my family sick.

Ordered take out on the app, showed up at the pick up time and stood waiting for another 35 minutes. While I was waiting I watched the extremely slow employee on shift tonight actively eating the food ingredients that go in the sandwiches as she is making them with the gloves that just touched her mouth and then went back onto the customers sandwich. Then I drove all the way home just to open my sandwich box and it’s the complete wrong sandwich than the one I ordered. I normally enjoy getting food here but tonight was a major disappointment.

DO NOT COME HERE LATE AT NIGHT.I came to get one sub for myself at 7:30 pm and they had four employees working. One sweeping the floors, and three others behind the line. The one older guy sweeping came and took my order right away. I then sat down to wait for my food and the older gentlemen went back to sweeping. The three other employees stood in the back making food as I sat there, I assumed one of them was making my sub. I then see two of them each ring up there own goods and one lady put about 3 cookies and 3 subs into a bag to take home with her. It is now 8:02 pm and I still haven’t gotten my sub.

Tldr: argumentative staff put dairy on my salad after ordering with no cheese.I ordered a salad with no cheese because of dietary restrictions, and I can't stomach much right now. I was already bummed that I had to just get a salad, but it is what it is. I said "no cheese" at least three times during ordering. The person taking my order double checked on the no cheese, but didn't ask about meat, and I didn't notice until after we payed. My wife got back in line and ordered some meat for my salad, and they guy got snarky about "jumping the line" or whatever and tried to refuse putting meat on our order, and got rude with the newer person for trying to help. They just threw whole pieces of sandwich meat on my salad, and I still had to pick the cheese off my salad.Dietary restrictions: If you need something left off your order, don't bother. They're just going to put it on anyways.
