Female manager/owner was rude to us when we walked in. The male manager/owner was rude to his younger employee who was at the register. She was doing a great job helping us and taking our order at the register, and while we were asking about the fudge, she paused to form her answer thoughtfully, and while thinking, he says to her, right in front of us, “well do your job”, basically telling her to get our order. I thought he was so rude to her and totally unnecessary. Not sure if this is how the owners/managers are with other minority employees but it was off putting.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility. The restaurant is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs.

Fudge is so good!

Absolutely delicious sandwichs, coffee, smoothie and carmel/fudge treats. The gift shop also has souvenirs that are good quality rather than the poor quality stuff sold at other places

From the outside, it looks like a tourist trap. You go through the street door, and your suspicions are confirmed, but then, you walk in the second door, everything is brightly lit and refreshed. Tried a little bit of every fudge and it was one of the best. I highly recommend the expresso fudge with the chai tea, a great combination. Probably one of the best fudge, I had. The fudge was dense and smooth. It wasn't crumbly and dry. It has just the right consistency. The sugar was well incorporated and didn't fell in any way gritty

Absolutely charming atmosphere! Very small and cozy with an open area near the counter with the unique assortment of fudge, and an adorable arrangement of white metal café chairs and tables near the windows. The food choices are simple (soups, sandwiches, sides) and tastes home-cooked by a friend, the coffee was yummy, and the people working there were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely will be returning!Vegetarian options: They had a sandwich that was just cheese and veggies, looked yummy! Plus they have the option of a small cup of fruit as a side, ours was chopped oranges, pineapple, mango, etc. Very deliciousKid-friendliness: Small families were bringing their children in

I will give them five hundred stars out of five if I could. Everything is so incredibly yummy! I can’t eat any other fudge from anywhere else anymore and regret I didn’t buy enough to take back home till my next visit! Pls don’t do my mistake! Thank you for the incredible job you do! Till next time! :)

Great little gem in the heart of downtown Fairbanks. Great soups and sandwiches, plus fantastic fudge selections for desert. If you're headed this way, definitely plan for lunch here!

Great wrap. Price in line with others in the area. Food was pretty fast too.Accidentally hit another "zero" on that pesky tip suggestion at payment which got processed immediately as I tried to correct it. Counter girl refused to try and fix it. I was already late, didn't have time to press the issue with management.

As Europeans we do not like all restaurants over here, but The Fudge Pot was really nice. Many of the servants are people with difficulties in finding a job, but function excellent in this sweet and soft environment. The lunch was all freshly made and the fudge, wow really delicious!

Great location for lunch with freshly made sandwichs and tasty salmon chowder. Limited indoor and outdoor seating.
