Great dining experience. I had the salmon Cuban style and my cousins had lechón asado and pasta with seafood. My dish was the best lol, but they all tasted fantastic. Our server Rico was attentive and charismatic. Please try their flan … that one hit the spot. I will definitely come back for the halibut next time ❤️

This was my third time at this location and each one was better than the last!! The quality of food flavors is phenomenal and service is prompt and extremely friendly. I have been working on the road for 30+ years. I have eaten at countless fine dining locations in all 50 states. This is my first Google review ever, that is how much this place impressed me!!
Good awesome, service great! Took us 11 days to drive to Fairbanks and this is one of top meals including Seattle, Vancouver and anchorage, make a reservation it was a small place with not a lot of seats. We got lucky by calling in 30 minutes before we got there.

Great little restaurant. Service was incredible. The owner/chef Rico was so personable and generous with his time. He made the experience as memorable as the delicious food! So glad we went! Cuban inspired food was so flavorful!! We were too full for dessert unfortunately.
You can tell the owner really cares and has put thought into every aspect of the place. The food is handmade, organic, hand picked and local ingredients to Alaska. And delicious. Great communication and conversation. What a treat we stumbled upon. They deserve good business and respect for treating customers with care.

Our party of 4 all loved our meals. Lechan Asado and the pork chop dish were delicious. Steak Cuban Churrasco Style was delicious but very hot. The Malbec from Argentina complemented our dinner perfectly.Too bad the music doesn’t start until 10pm.Owner and server were very nice and welcoming.
