I went there to pick up pastries for my friend who turned out to go for gluten-free diet so I ended up eating them all by myself. I l had the Almond croissant, pastry filled with cheese, raspberry tart?(Sorry it's been a while) all good, I was happy to find this place, I call it best bakery in fairbanks. It's really cute too, I will be my go to place for house warming gifts. Price is just right.

Highly recommend! We very much enjoyed the baked goods we got here. I chose a raspberry kolache and a strawberry rhubarb tart. My cousin had a blueberry kolache and a chocolate croissant. Everything was delicious and the pastries were large. My cousin’s kolache with whole blueberries had far less fruit filling than my raspberry did (I think it was a paste or puree or something) - I’m not sure if that’s typical but she was a little disappointed. The people who assisted with our order were lovely. Coffee and /or seating would have been nice but it’s a bakery, not a cafe, so that’s nothing against them! We would have eaten here again if we had discovered it before our last morning in Fairbanks. Easily walkable from the Bridgewater Hotel.

Food My morning bun was so dry it seemed like it was made yesterday. Service Ambiance due to lack of a customer bathroom.

The croissants are so delicious. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. My favorite is their almond crunch one. However, I think they can elevate this croissant with a sauce inside. It can be a little dry. I have also tried their ham and cheese croissant. It is good as well. I will be trying more items.

Absolutely divine bakery, both sweet and savory options, prices are very low.

Amazing selection of really good pastries. We tried several and they were wonderfully crispy and flaky. It is unfair to compare to Paris or even places in Canada as the butter you get there is totally different. Not a full coffee service but fine to accompany the pastries. Outside seating only.

Marco's Bakery brings its coffee and fine baked goods to the Fairbanks Farmers Market too. Regardless of the venue, Marco's is worth the stop.

Can’t get enough of this bakery. Had some fantastic chocolate croissants from there a few weeks ago, so when I saw them at the Farmers market I knew I had to get something.. I went for a rhubarb and strawberry tart.. and oh my… *chefs kiss* Delicious!!
