My boyfriend went to go pick us up food and one of the workers decided to be disrespectful for absolutely no reason, other than because he was probably having a bad day himself. My boyfriend went up in the drive thru to the window and told the worker his order, the worker proceeds to ask him for his order number and my boyfriend tells it to him and then the worker decides to say “yeah you didn’t need to go on the whole speal of the order, just tell me the order number next time.” First of all, the worker is lucky he was not dealing with me because I am not kind when people decide to be disrespectful for no reason. Second of all, the workers literal job is to provide customer service and if he doesn’t know how to talk to people with respect, then maybe he needs to go find another job. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and never in my life would I decide to talk to a customer like that. Come correct because next time if I am present and your staff decides to be disrespectful, the manager and I will be having a long conversation and corporate will be called.

Is good if you eat inside but take out is terrible, is my second time doing take out here and both times I had the same experience. They give the worst food for takeout, dry and burnt. The first time I did take out I didn’t even went far, it was cold outside so we order and park in their own parking the food was cold, dry and burnt, we just thought they had a bad day, but today it was my second time doing take out, I had a 5 different meals and all came out the same way burnt meats, dry noodles, just not eatable.
Very bummed at our experience with this restaurant. We ordered a surprise lunch for our daughter through Grub Hub to be delivered to celebrate her finishing her school. We ordered in advance and scheduled a delivery for her lunch hour, and this was a simple order-a beef and broccoli bowl and Diet Coke. The order was so late, the food was cold and had to be reheated. No soy sauce included, no cookie. Maybe the delivery service is that vastly different up north, but we were very disappointed overall.

This place has mixed reviews from friends. I always try to check it out for myself and was not disappointed, aside from being behind a lady with a big order. Which was actually a good thing as when I got to the front, all the food was replaced & super fresh. I will be back.

Food was good as always but someone should train “Dorthy” to cover her mouth, or at least turn away. when coughing OVER THE SERVING TRAYS! Disgusting to say the least and extremely unsanitary.
