I understand wanting to get in the halloween spirit but I'm not a fan of fake cobwebs all over the area that holds the food. We showed up with at least two hours left and they were all but out of bread and made another customer wait 5 plus mins with no one else in line, to pay attention to her and tell her that there was only two options of bread, so she left. And when there was no syrup for the drink I wanted, the employees fixed it for me, but let it slip it had been like that since the day prior! And most of the lights were turned off. A family was trying to stay and eat their meal but it was quite dark.

I ordered online for pickup at 7:00, get there at 7:20 because I’m running late and nothing is ready because they “just wanted to catch up on some cleaning”. I’ll definitely pay attention to the location next time.

I was having a really bad day so when I pulled into the Fred Meyers parking lot and saw the Subway sign in my rear view mirror I decided I'd grab something from there since I know Subway is consistent and I could count on things going okay. The interaction started normally with the woman working being super polite and helpful. I have trouble standing still so I was shifting my weight and standing mostly on one foot and then switching back and forth. While trying to switch feet I lost my balance and tripped causing me to nearly tumble to the ground. The woman was startled and I started laughing while trying to explain myself. She laughed too and we had a lovely little exchange about our days and how they were both almost over (since the store would be closing soon). I really needed something to break the tension of my day and this interaction really uplifted me. I just wish I'd gotten the woman's name! Also the sandwiches she made were wonderful!
