went in at 830 pm they refused to make anything but 4 items on the menu. They told me they close at 845 but the signs on the outside say 12-9 on saturdays..... i asked for the owners name & they refused to tell me.

I would rate 0 if I could. They got rid of the only good thing, the ice cream. And now they only have milkshakes that are as thin as water, boba milk tea that tastes like water with a hint of herbs, and only 2 seats with half the restaurant closed off for no reason. 0/10 I miss the old sweet monster I do not recommend. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.

My friend ordered milk boba and it was super bitter and not good. I ordered a brownie milk shake and it just tasted like milk with Oreo crumbs. I very politely asked to try something else and he said I would have to PAY for something else. It’s a $7 milkshake. Will NEVER be back. This was our first time and we said that going in.

Sign says Grand Opening went in for rolled ice cream but was told that they stopped doing it a month ago. Employees were on cellphones when we walked in. Our shales were watered down extremely wouldn't recommend to anyone go to coldstone better experience. Truly worst ice cream place in Alaska sign should read Grand Closing.

Got two drinks and they met expectations. The space was clean and the only thing I knock them for is the workers having headphones in while interacting with multiple customers. I’m just little old school.

It was pretty good. I got the 50 shades of grey and my husband got the mango monster. The mango monster was definitely the better of the two but they were both great. Will try different flavors next time!

I wish I would have read the reviews... our milkshake was low fat milk with maybe a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream it and maybe some ice blended as well... maybe they're going for an iced dairy beverage, if so they should call it that... not a milkshake... as far as a milkshake goes it was awful... and cost like 8bucks for barely flavored skim milk

I've been looking for decent boba in Fairbanks. If you're also looking, don't stop here. Way too sweet, overpriced, and the boba was not the right texture -- tasted maybe overcooked? Only plus was their cups are cute.
