Great tasting food, even through the actual presentation of the food (cabinets they were in seemed 'amateurish'). In otherwords don't let it put you off selecting what you want. Place is very clean and tidy. Good range of local (not foreign made) souvenirs. Friendly staff.

Beautifully warm environment and wonderful customer service! We had chicken Cesar salad and delicious clam chowder. We also shopped for a few unique items in the gift shop. Amari is a delightful hostess and we enjoyed talking with her and learning more about the area.

You have to order at least 10 bucks in food in order to use a credit card! That was very inconvenient for me, I just wanted a snack, so I did not order!

Their website advertises that this place is famous for it's conch fritters, and I was REALLY looking forward to them. They do NOT exist, neither does the rice bowls, wings, and fries that are advertised. They have 3 kinds of soup, a couple of sandwiches, and a few salads that are nothing but 80% rotten and have no dressing to put on them. You don't know either of these points until after you have paid for the totally overpriced meal. I was really looking forward to the lunch at this place, but it was a total joke and letdown.

Great cruise around the lake to see portage glacier. Staff on and off the boat was great. The woman in the gift place connected to where you get your tickets is a bigot and does not understand or care about (ADA law) American's with disabilities act. I told her my animal is a service dog and she said no dogs allowed and told me to leave. I had all my usual things as proof and she didn't care. Boat cruise was great, I won't support a business who does not train their staff. Shame on them.
