The Asiana Gardens is a wonderful place to eat. The food is fresh and delicious! The wait staff is kind and quick. I enjoy having meals at this convenient place which is next to a bus stop and across from a mall.Vegetarian options: It's available.Wheelchair accessibility: The accessibility for wheelchairs could be improved with ramps and automatic doors.

Bruh I freaking loved this place, been eating there for a decade , ordered some delivery the other day, I mean you don’t gotta be a cia to know what I found, I held onto it, called them up and told them my situation, best they could do was remake my food, if I find something nasty, just the sheer look made me throw that ish up instantly , so now after a decade I will no longer eat here , sucks to , super sad face, and I don’t wanna say exactly what it was . But gross I’ll tell you that

Extremely friendly service, really yummy food. I agree with the other reviewer who said this is the place to go when craving veggies on a Vaca. Plenty of options to choose from, beef and chicken dishes were also delicious. House egg flower soup was just what we needed after a cold and rainy hike. I believe this is a family owned business, and the proprietors were wonderful and friendly.

Not the greatest Asian food. The teriyaki chicken could've been grilled instead of just stove top.The bulgogi was watery. The katsu was decent at least. And there's no way you can mess up cream cheese wantons.I think if this restaurant could focus on one type of cuisine, they could excel. It's giving asian buffet quality right now

Came in off the cruise ship and was craving Asian food. Wanted something to share with my husband so we ordered what we thought was going to be lo mein. We got a plate of super soggy noodles with veggies and over cooked rubbery chicken. We were charged $25.00 FOR SHARING!!! I believe the original price was $17.99. We paid $30 for one plate of food and a Diet Coke. Apparently they charge extra because they cooked for two and had to make more. Makes no sense. The reality of the matter is she knew we came off the ship. I'm positive they charge more for that reason alone. Would have been different had she told us we'd be paying extra then at least the decision to order is ours. Don't take advantage of people it's not nice and karma is big you'll get no where treating your customers this way. Coming from someone who's been in the restaurant industry!

Got 3 meals for takeout. Came with 1 set of silverware. Just 1 portion of soup. Chicken dry and tasteless. Bug in rice. Staff always wants to seem like they're better than you and you're wasting their time.

The servers were super nice and helpful. The food was good, but not much more than expected. I have been here twice and may come again.

The food was good, a bit sweet but Merica...Service was efficient, but no one was very friendly. Not rude, just not welcoming.

On the minus side: Quite honestly the most disappointing Japanese food I've ever eaten. Ordered the pork katsu for dinner. I was served a luke-warm egg drop soup to start with. Two breaded pork cutlets came out moments later, pre-doused in katsu sauce that tasted more like bbq than katsu sauce. They were plated with an ice-cream scoop of rice that starkly contrasted the steaming and totally unseasoned pork by actually feeling slightly chilled (it was strange.) The salad's dressing tasted more like mayonnaise with sugar than it did any semblance of traditional salad dressing. The best part of my meal was the wine that came from a single-serve bottle. If you're looking for fast food, this might be a good place to stop. If you're hoping for anything resembling Japanese cuisine, I can confidently say the pork katsu is not going to do it. $28 plus tip later, I was very disappointed and they were surprised I didn't want to take the rest of the food to go. On the plus side: The menu is very diverse & the service is extremely fast. The staff was very polite & they offer a selection of beer and wine. The location is also convenient.

I cannot explain how incredibly disappointed I am I’ve been a loyal customer to Asiana Garden‘s for for over 10 years and I went to go get takeout. They got my food wrong. That’s fine it’s happened before mistakes happen and that’s ok. I went home realize my order was wrong and then I went right back to get it corrected. They wanted to charge me more money. This didn’t seem right as I have been in the situation at Asiana Garden’s before and have had my food refired and made the correctly. I didn’t wanna pay additional money for mistake that they had made so I just asked for my money back. They they only gave me $15 instead of what I paid which was $19 and some change.I will never be back again. I feel that they have stolen from me as an exchange of goods was not made, and I did not leave with anything. I literally cried over this because I love you guys so much and you just ruined our relationship. I will never be back and I will tell others not to go either. What poor customer service. I can’t believe it, I’ve been there before returned food before they’ve fixed my food in the past no charge. Why are you go to come charge your customers for your mistakes? That’s not only messed up but that’s bad business.

Their dishes have almost no vegetables, the meat is over breaded and the sauces are not tasty. On the other hand, their sushi is quite good.
