Good pizza but prices are ridiculous! With a modest tip we just paid nearly $70 for a 19" garlic chicken pizza. The person who I spoke with to place the order over the phone neglected to give me the price so I didn't find out until delivery. That will be the last pizza I get from there. I've been a loyal fan for decades but that's now changed. Similar pizza at competition is A LOT less.

Really unsatisfying service . the worker was patronizing me in front of my kids. He was rude and unprofessional. The food is barely descent the wings are okay but the pizza was so thin and over baked. For the pricing it was ridiculous given the quality. Workers barely like lifting a finger and always have attitude when taking orders. The games are overpriced and low quality such a rip off.Kid-friendliness: There’s people who struggle with substance use in the restrooms using it smelled awful and we told manager or worker and they said ‘eh.,,,, we can’t really do anything about it ...but will leave a report with management.” Not kid friendly at all so terrible

I took my granddaughter in to eat, and the manager suggested we get the buffet all you can eat. He was even nice enough to let us share 1, so I didn't have to get 2

Noisy with kids partying everywhere, which I guess is the point. Pizza's tasty: ordered Deluxe and Cheese: good flavor, decent sauce, the Deluxe tastes fresh and uses very good combo of ingredients.
I'm really getting tired of the horrendous customer service at Bullwinkles. It's absolutely unacceptable. Waiting almost two hours for a pizza to be delivered from the valley location, only to find out when you call back about it, that they never entered the order in the first place. And when you speak to the exact person that took your order, they "don't remember taking your order" even though you can quote the entire conversation back to them verbatim. Then they hang up on you when you ask to speak to a supervisor!THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!The quality of pizza has degraded severely over the years. Us locals are doing are best to keep local businesses going by frequenting these establishments. But you can't afford to keep treating customers this way! Eventually you lose us as customers when the product is not good enough to compensate for horrendous customer service. The included pic is what they finally delivered after three hours and everything they put us through.
