Just received delivery and they put cheese on the fried chicken sandwich which isn’t even listed on the description nor an option. I’m lactose intolerant. I paid $3 for spicy fries and just got normal with 0 seasonings of any kind and they’re soggy cold. I can’t eat this.Also no one seasons food here…like not even salt

My partner and I needed to order food due to being in quarantine & it came soggy & cold. My milkshake was freezer burnt & not what I ordered. My quesadilla looked like it was cooked in a microwave along with my fries. We will not be ordering from here again...
Edit: I selected that I do not recommend this place but it will not let me change it.

I have placed multiple orders for delivery with Juneau Delivery Depot, and every time half or more of the order is missing, made wrong, and/or not what I ordered at all. I was told this place was good, but I have experienced nothing but disappointment every time I have tried. Good looking menu but very poor delivery service and food service. I will not be attempting to dine with this establishment again. I suggest you try somewhere more reliable.

I don’t know about the downtown delivery depot but the valley one is awful. The food is pretty good, that’s why I gave this place many chances. The first time I ordered they forgot one of my items. I was able to get it redelivered. The second time I ordered they forgot ANOTHER item and the food was cold. They gave me a credit on my account so I decided to give them one more chance since their food was good the first time. This time not only didn’t they forget an item AGIAN, they delivered it to the wrong address. By the time I figured out which neighbor they delivered it to, my food was cold and I didn’t even have my full order. If you’re in the valley I differently DO NOT recommend this. Their food is good enough, but they seriously need to change the way they make deliveries.

We usually have a good experience with Juneau Delivery Depot, but the experience today was terrible.I ordered a double burger, and it had a single small patty instead of two. I didn't order bacon, but it came with it anyways. No complaints there. I ordered jalepenos, but they were tossed on the side, on top of the lettuce, but somehow the grilled onions made it onto the burger.My partner ordered a single burger with ketchup, but it had no ketchup.We also ordered the Potclatch Plate: The breading on the halibut was not cooked on the inside, and was doughy. They ran out of onion rings and subbed fries for them without asking. The "Coconut Prawns" were beer battered shrimp instead. The scallops had a grainy texture to them, as if they were sitting in sand before cooked. The chicken wings and sauce tasted exactly like the bag you get from costco.On top of all that, it took over an hour to cook our food, as we monitored it on the website. The driver was prompt, however, so it was not the driver's fault.UPDATE: They offered me a $50 gift card in return for the hiccups.Changing to 4 stars, because usually their food is really good.
Every time we have ordered it’s always wrong. We like to give places chances , everyone has bad days we get that. 5 times we’ve ordered and it’s messed up every time. Once they forgot something we ordered. I called the restaurant and they said we’d be right back with the rest of the order. I called back after a hour of it still not being here , they forgot again !!! So finally after a hour and a half it showed up. Cold and soggy. It’s disappointing because we really wanted to like this place.
