Ordered a cheeseburger. They forgot the cheese. They were a bit rude about getting my slice of cheese. This is the only chain restaurant in Juneau. They have totally lost the customer service. Sad.
This was a nice meet and greet for people we had never met before. The staff at this McDonald's were really on the ball. The store was really, really clean. The staff was very commending and personable.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's is always kiddies friendly.Parking: Plenty of parking for everyone, we have no trouble finding a spot. In fact, no one in our party had trouble finding a spot.

I'm not saying other McDonald's are not friendly but just to experience every staff person in the three or four times I went there in the last couple of days as being helpful and friendly was refreshing
