Tried out their Nutella French Toast and it was so good! Ended up finishing it all. I got 4 slices instead of the 6 slices and it was plenty. I also tried the Idaho Potatoes and they were a great accompanying addition to the French toast. Will definitely come back and try out more of their French toast options.

Best breakfast in Juneau. Gets crowded in the summer and can be long lines. It's about $20 / person with good sized portions.
I think this place gets a lot of hype simply because there are so few breakfast options in Juneau. I’m in and out of Juneau, and I’ve only been here a handful of times over the years. But the two things that are very consistent (I would have said before today) is that the food is good but the service was awful. Every time I’ve been, it takes an abnormal amount of time for ordering, getting the check, and the service just seems lazy and inconsiderate. The food I’ve gotten in the past has always been good, but today I got the eggs Benedict and it was very below average. The sauce had no taste, the English muffin wasn’t toasted, and the side potatoes were SO stale and hard—they were very obviously made much earlier in the day or from a previous day. I just hope that they don’t rely on the reputation of being “best of” in Juneau. I’ll probably come back in the future, hoping for better quality food but also still knowing the service isn’t ever great.

Hitting on all cylinders. The sourdough ricotta pancake had a fabulous texture and delicate taste. The mushroom omelette was stacked with filling. Huge portions. Every time I’ve gone on a weekend it’s not too busy and the service is quick. Best breakfast I’ve found in Juneau.

The french toast combo was very good. Don't try the mocha it tasted burnt. The waitress, however, was slow and forgetful, and suggested that I order something else because of the portion size of the french toast. I declined and asked for a side of bacon as well, and she kept going on about how much food it was. It was very weird to have someone doubt how much food you can eat and kind of backwards body shaming since I did in fact eat all of the french toast, and bacon.
