Our stop at Juneau,Alaska was really amazing but finally will breathe taking we on the Goldbelt Tram to see a more spectacular view of Juneau and looking the beauty of Juneau. There's a restaurant called Timberline Bar & Grill on the top on monut. After looking the incredible view we were getting little bit hungry and the restaurant is just right there the restaurant looks very nice with Alaskan native art and totem including black bear and mountain goat hives on the wall very impressive. We were looking at the menu we were not that hungry we need a snack then we decided to get nachos Alaskan style. We got the half of nachos they give us a number and waited we noticed there's a bar cool. Then they brought our nachos it was big we took a bite we notice a crunch in ever chip. The nachos have sour cream, black beans, guacamole and other items. They were so good so much flavors in the nachos we don't know what hell these Alaskan did to the nachos. The chips were crispy and crunch didn't fall apart to the end.,

Being a resident of Juneau, we found a gem at the top of the Mountain Roberts Tram that we have often overlooked. Great food and a spectacular view of the Gastineau Channel, Juneau and Douglas Island.

Well, it's a cool place to grab a meal or drink because of the stunning views. But it's no atmosphere other than that. Obviously, it's a place for tourists.

We ordered crab nachos and beer. The nachos were great! Beer wasn’t bad either. The servers were very nice and helpful. Place was nice and clean! View looking down was foggy.

I gave a 2 for the view. It would have been a 1 if not for that. The service was terrible. No smile, no acknowledgment. Everyone has to place their orders at the bar. There were two lines when we got in line. That whittled to one when one of the bar persons left. Two groups were served prior to us, and that was because I informed the bar person that she had already let 2 couples behind us go before us. She gave serious attitude after that. We ordered a plate of nachos, $25, that had very little cheese or toppings. Most of the chips were completely bare.

Fries were hot, tap list is meh, vibe is Highschool cafeteria or military DFAC meets hotel bar. Did the job, hit the spot for what it was.

The Halibut and Chips were great, but very few fries for the largest order. Halibut pieces are shrinking in size.Bar is good with friendly service. This is great place when the cruise people are gone.I wish they cared about their local customers to stay open for them.

I cannot believe in 2023 that such hatred and racism still exist to the point where a business will still refuse to serve black people. We sat at a bar where 3 bartenders refuse to acknowledge or even look at us. After a few minutes we realized they were not going to serve us. I come from the south (Georgia) and in my 66 years have never experienced anything like this. BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE THAT TRAM TO THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN. They don’t want our money. Even though it’s green, you’re still black.

Best view in Juneau! Stopped for a bowl of clam chowder and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, fast service, the setting can’t be beat.

The tram operated recommended the crab nachos, we didn't order, but received anyway. The old guy behind the bar taking orders and drinks, was rude and very short with everyone. Food was subpar. Onion rings were fried in dirty oil and chips and salsa were all store bought products nothing authentic about the food. I wouldn't waste money on this tourist trap.

Friendly folks keeping tourists fed and hydrated. Staff was hustling, but didn't seem rushed. Just had drinks, but the food coming out looked great. Ride the tram and enjoy the view.
