My coupon expired 5 days before I was finally able to use it, but the manager still honored my coupon and gave me the discount. Friendly service and a little slow on our food but the food was good.Parking: found a parking spot right away.

Great experience. Some of the reviews were brutal but we decided to try anyways. Glad we did. The service was fantastic. Family ran and loved having a conversation about life with the teens working here. Made it personable. We ordered bacon wrapped scallops, mac n cheese bites and the king crab bucket and was delicious. Would definitely come back. Thank you for going the extra mile. Neighbors were friendly and talked travel and town stuff.

Had my aunt's birthday party here. It's been kind of a tradition for us to go here when one of my aunt's or uncle's has a birthday. My mom made a cake and they were helpful by storing in their fridge for us, lighting our candles and bringing it out as we sang?. Good food.

We drove around Juneau discussing the various restaurants before deciding which restaurant to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. Our dinner at TK Maguires was steak and shrimp/halibut/salmon alfredo and both were perfect - not overcooked, brought to the table at the right temperature. We also enjoyed our interactions with their professional host/server. They have a good dessert menu too!

Beautiful view of the water and mountains while you enjoy a delicious, diner style meal. I enjoyed their chowder, salad, and breakfasts every morning. Staff is very friendly. The beer selection is also good, including many local brews. I'd stay in Ramada on every trip, only because I can enjoy this restaurant.

My coconut prawns were so burnt there was no taste to them...there went 20$....the T.K. maguires steak priced at 30.00 was so thin and small like you get as s breakfast steak. No matter what... you get well done there. Empty condiment bottles on tables. Had to go to 3 different tables for ketsup before I gave up. Then asked for A1 sauce and the waiter brought it to my table and sure thing..just a small drop of sauce. By then I had had enough of the place. Expressed my feelings to waiter that I was extremely unhappy with the burnt prawns. And 30.00 brkfst steak as thin as a paper plate. I told him the service was good no complaints there yet I've had dinner here time to time and it's usually fairly good...good enough to NOT have to complain...yet this last time wasn't good at all. $78,00 bill for burnt seafood and paper-thin steak. I strongly suggest they choose a different steak to serve as their signature steak. Very disappointing...

We arrived at Juneau late and tired so had limited options for restaurants to get in a meal before they all closed so ate here as attached to our hotel, we were not disappointed as good menu choice and the food was very nice.

Our server, Susan was friendly and patient with our special needs son. The only negative was the veg served with the prime rib was not that great. Not that big of a deal, everything else about our meal was perfect.

I liked this place because last time I visited last year for dinner, their customer service was amazing and the food was good. But I recently visited for breakfast because I haven’t tried it, and the customer service seemed to care more about tourists than locals now. It took awhile for someone to ask us what we wanted. They sat these tourists down 5 after us and serviced them first even though they knew we were ready. I know they were tourists because they asked them if they were. So basically they got their service and food way before us. They were already done eating before we even got our food. My sis ordered the chicken fried steak and the fried steak seemed soggy and a little cold as if they let it sit there until my food was ready because mine was ok. Her muffin that she got was burned. I wanted to get attention about this but like I said, they were all focusing on these tourists. I’m going to give them another try for dinner next time and hopefully the customer service is better at night. But yeah, lesson learned, never go for breakfast during tourist season…
