Service is super slow at this location, even when there’s two people on. I’ve came in multiple times when there’s been two on and it seems like the second person is just standing at the back sink. Not actively washing anything. I’m sure they’re doing something but probably something that can wait for when there’s no customers. I’ve worked at a Starbucks before and I’m on honestly stumped about what this second person could be doing. There’s rarely a line but you can’t stop there if you have less than ten minutes to spare. The drinks have never been bad. Customer service is slightly above average other than the second person just seeming to not want to do anything.
The girl working may 20th 2020 at Safeway Starbucks around 10am was extremely unpleasant. She never greeted us, rolled her eyes when we ordered, and made our drinks wrong. Asked for grande got a venti (paid for). My Boyfriend asked for dragonfruit lemonade just got lemonade. I never had a bad experience there so it was kinda shocking.
