The food is excellent! They stuff their gyros with meat. The staff are wonderful. The downside? It's seasonal but well worth the wait.

The best gyros in Alaska! Honestly, the best gyros I’ve ever had! When going for the first time, order The Works - you’ll thank me later. Their reindeer ears are a family favorite treat. We love everything on their menu, and if you’re lucky enough to catch their Butter Chicken special, order it before they run out!Vegetarian options: The Reindoor Food salad is delish!

The Philly Quesadilla and Pizza Quesadilla were both excellent! Such a unique idea to do reindeer gyro meat and a fun diverse menu. Their outdoor gazebo is awesome.

Super food and a beautiful covered outdoor seating area. We had the original gyro and it was delicious! Even if it’s raining, this is a GREAT option.

On the way to the Kenai or Homer, try the Vietnamese coffee! The veggie gyro was fine but the Vietnamese coffee was memorable. Delicious!

Awesome food — not just for a food truck in the middle of Alaska, but overall. Quote from one of the group “that was great…I’m sad it’s gone…”. Easy must try place.

I told this cook one little thing: The fried bread was too greasy to eat. it was visible, it covered our fingers in oil, it coated our mouths in oil, it was too much. I got yelled at and treated like garbage for it in return. I didn't go to make a big deal out of it but he yelled at me with my kid standing right there as well as several people either walking by or waiting for food and he called me names and threw my refund at me and told me to go eat elsewhere. When I told him about it being too greasy, he asked me compared to what because that's what it is. No it isn't. Then he asked where and I said the whole outer layer was soaked and went right through to the middle in some areas. When I told him that I bake for a living, he yelled Literally that's what I do all day. When I told him that he could've taken what I said and did better instead of being an a$$hole, he said that I was the same. He threw b!tch in there too and all I wanted was a refund. But since I'm here: Are you or any of you Native? If not, cultural appropriation. Your dessert bars have too much flour in them. Everything tastes plain or dry. Nothing is well seasoned. I ate here on the last day last year and thought it was seasonal burn out. I went two more times, once with my kid and once alone and tried two different things to see if it improved or if I just ordered the wrong thing. Nope. Today sealed the deal. I'm not sure where these high ratings come from. The food is mediocre at best and the service has been terrible. If you can't just calmly issue a refund or offer a remake, you are in the wrong industry, dude.
Reindeer gyros are the BOMB! Great food and the service is delightful. Loved the setting outside too. Definite stop in your way through the Kenai Peninsula.

Absolutely love this place!! They not only have great food but friendly staff as well, almost every time I visit I get a rice bowl which is amazing and if you are looking for something sweet the reindeer ear will hit the spot.

I cannot overstate how much I love eating here. Whether it's for brunch, lunch, dinner, or a snack on the road. They have incredible service, a variety of tasty food to offer, and the food is very filling for the price. We live in Kenai but the drive to Sterling is ALWAYS worth it for food that never disappoints. My personal recommendations? The works or a Philly quesadilla with a berry spritzer. If you're a coffee drinker, try their iced coffee paired with a dessert bar! Absolute heaven.
