Haven't been inside a fast food place to eat on site in years. The branding and design from the KFC side is just perfect. They've got a great marketing team. Food was as expected, service too.

Alex Nichols is a sour man. Looked at all of his reviews and he’s just salty over everything. The food is top tier for fast food, and the service is phenomenal, always quick. Very rarely do the employees forget to remove the tomato etc, even then it’s really no big deal unless you like to complain on the internet lol. Best kfc location in the state A&W root beer and fries are just a bonus.

Consistently runs out of food before they are scheduled to close, you pull up an hour before they close kind of expect to be able place an order and not be told oh well how bout half what you want and half what you don’t, like seriously keep cooking till you close.

Took forever, tried to make us pay for the wrong order. Didn’t get the cheese curds despite them repeating our order back to us and lobby was closed. Didn’t give us the sauces we ordered either. Food was lukewarm.

Ordered the cod pub style basket since the image on the menu looked good. Reality was much different. The three pieces of cod were tiny and about the size of two fish sticks each. They were over cooked, chewy, and bland. Major disappointment. On top of that the fries were cold. Terrible!

Not only was the food horrible, but the kid taking our order AND the girl taking my money were beyond rude. Why people take out the fact they hate their job on customers I will never know, but this restaurant will not be one we go to ever again!! Horrible food and horrible service. Grade F!!

More expensive than average. Slow service. Does not take American Express. Burgers are average at best.. Couldn't even get the soda right, it was flat out of the soda machine. Worst fast food in that parking lot but I guess the fries are pretty good.
